Yes, look for that one - it's incredible. It has Matt as the bass (the one you saw as the official video had Avi as the bass) Matt is the only change in the lineup - Avi left amicably for personal reasons. Mitch and Kirsty change up their looks a lot! But it is still just them! Their live version of Come Along is great, as it the Pop Spring concert, that has several songs in it. Great as a live introduction to PTX.
As good as it was it won't compare video because Matt replaces Avi for comparison they need to hear the same people. Their live version from The View has Avi.
If you want a good example of something live from them you should check out their version of Hallelujah (from a Pentatonix Christmas), it literally sounds exactly like their official video for the song. Also if you watch that video (the live one) and you pay close attention, you'll notice that Scott (the tall blonde guy) takes over the Bass when Avi (the deep voiced Jesus looking guy) sings lead. Just something cool to look out for if you end up checking it out.
They do TONS of Christmas music, but that's not all they do. They've done all types of genres pop, rap, country, you name it-they've done it. They are brilliant songwriters as well. Their original stuff just as good if not better than their covers. "Thank You" is my favorite of their original Christmas songs.
As far as non-Christmas music goes, their smash hits (having more that 100M RUclips views) are: Daft Punk, Radioactive, Evolution of Music, Cheerleader, Bohemian Rhapsody, The Sound of Silence, Royals, Can't Hold Us. But they have *SOOO* many other great/awesome songs that are less well known that it would literally take you a couple of years to react to their full catalog.
The prayer Amazing grace Sound of silence Bohemian Rapsody Imagine 12 days of christmas Oh come all ye faithful Carols of the bells live version I saw three ships Its christmas to me Hallelujah And it goes on and on.... Start digging yourselves into this musical la la land
These are all the original members. If you are interested in hearing what they sound like live without the benefit of studio recording witchcraft, check out their performances on the TV show "The Sing Off" where they won the season they were on.
For a live performance, recommend their Hallelujah from one of their TV Christmas Specials. It is as good as the official video. Also, the live version of I Saw Three Ships from this year’s iHeart Christmas Special.
I'm so glad you got to this song. I'm not particularly religious any more, but this makes you very spiritual. "You can feel it in your soul". It brings me almost to years EVERY time I listen. Unbelievable talent all around. They definitely don't only do Christmas songs. DEFINITELY check out their"Daft Punk Medley", John Lennon's "Imagine", Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody", Simon and Garfunkel's "Sounds of silence". ... And for the live performance I would do Singapore performance of "Aha" Love you guys!! Keep up the grind
I’m a Pentaholic from Louisiana and this is my first time coming across your channel, which is odd, because I search for PTX reactions almost EVERYDAY 😜 Anyway, new sub, hope to hear more PTX on your channel! You two seem like great reactors! 🥰
Love your reactions! You mentioned you wanted to see a live version of one of their songs. In keeping with the Christmas theme, check out their studio song Hallelujah (ruclips.net/video/LRP8d7hhpoQ/видео.html) and then compare that to their live version of the same song (ruclips.net/video/haFHrfmfHbc/видео.html). It's eerily exactly the same. Keep up the great reactions!
New subscriber found you thorough you Pentatonix reactions. Great reactions! I hope you guys do more Pentatonix reactions! They have so many amazing songs! Both Christmas and others..they really go into so many genres with their music..besides Avi the bass who left in 2017 amicably and was replaced by Matt who is a great singer..the rest are all original members but Mitch and Kirstie change their looks ALOT lol I hope you enjoy more pentatonix :-) thank you
They do a lot of Christmas albums, like 5 or 6. But they do a lot of other kinds of music : pop : Havana, Shallow, Say Something, Cheerleader, Despacito, Radioactive, Dancing On My Own, I Just Called To Say I Loved You. disney-esque fantasy : Come Along, Let It Go, Can You Feel The Love Tonight, You're A Mean One Mr. Grinch, Making Christmas, Over The Rainbow. rock power ballad : Bohemian Rhapsody. classic old rock : Sound Of Silence, Imagine. alternative rock/folk : Hallelujah. oldies : Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy. EDM : Daft Punk medley, Love Again. country : Jolene. foreign language : Pretender (Japanese), Papaoutai (French). religious : Amazing Grace. and originals : Sing!, Run To You, Cracked, Water. Some recent songs are : The Prayer, Over The River, My Heart With You.
PTX has live versions of just about everything... they just vary in quality because there are live official videos for some, performances for TV Shows and stuff (but the mic mix can be wonky), live professional recordings from concerts and a ton of fan-shot videos from concerts and VIP performances. Carol of the Bells, specifically, has a bunch of TV/interview performances from back in 2013 but also a really good one from their Christmas special this year... so lives with both Avi (2011-2017) and Matt (2017+). I'm sure you've been told by now, but while they have 7 albums of Christmas music, they do actually have a *lot* of non-Christmas. Their total songs - Christmas, covers and originals - is getting close to 300. Their most viral videos are Hallelujah and the Daft Punk medley. Their three Grammys are for Daft Punk, Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy (which I know you already watched) and Jolene with Dolly Parton. Their record label blocks absolutely everything. Some reactors have luck with flipping the video, making it more transparent, moving filters or text overlays, but nothing guarantees a clean release. Do hope you keep going anyway.
This is the original 5 of PTX. Kirstin has changed her hair color several times, but she (and Scott and Mitch and Kevin) are original and have never changed. Avi (the bearded bass) is the only change, and was replaced by Matt when he left the group in 2017. Love your reaction! I'd also love to see them live. If you want to see a live (taped) performance, check out their live Hallelujah, Silent Night, My Heart With You, Carol of the Bells ...
Here are two live performances recorded on cell phones and posted to youtube. The first one is Thrift Shop listed under 'Pentatonix in an Airport' and the other is a VIP performance before a show under the heading of 'Pentatonix Daft Punk mix private performance'. After you listen to these songs you can check out the official videos of the songs posted to youtube.
Now that you have heard their version...try the Home Free version of "Mary did you know"...equally good a capella, but different style and flow. Home Free also self produces so the blocks happen a lot less, unless the original publisher of the cover blocks it. PTX is more pop/synth and Home Free is more country style, but as PTX does, HF covers a lot of genres. Their bass has a 5+ octave range, they beatboxer sounds like a drum kit. You can't go wrong with any PTX or HF music. Mitch and Kirstin change their looks all the time, the only new member is the bass Matt that replaced the original bass Avi.
I love when people find Pentatonix they’re just amazing you can’t go Wrong with anything they do I love little drummer boy their original thank you which is a Christmas song you have to listen to the Lyrics silent night oh come all faithful Dance of the sugarplum fairy which they got their second Grammy with that
here's carol of the bells live ruclips.net/video/vmTvoMhXizQ/видео.html this one is recent so matt, the newest bass is in it, instead of avi (who was the bass singer when their version of that song came out, so the video you previously reacted to is with avi)
If you want to see their talent truly shine, just check out where they began, literally, on The Sing Off. Their story is pretty amazing. Not just the singing.
Their harmonies are incredible, their arrangements are amazing. A good live performance is Hallelujah, the music video has over 600 million views, I like the live a bit better, it seems like there is a bit more emotion and of course the audience ❤️. Happy Holidays everyone!
PTX as you have already seen are crazy talented. here are a few other songs that are needed to be listened to. Pentatonix - Cheerleader - ruclips.net/video/P95_pCbCPZw/видео.html Pentatonix - Sing -- ruclips.net/video/Yc7-krRX8uA/видео.html Pentatonix - Imagine -- ruclips.net/video/NLiWFUDJ95I/видео.html Pentatonix - Daft Punk -- ruclips.net/video/3MteSlpxCpo/видео.html Pentatonix - Perfume Medley -- ruclips.net/video/Y95B-dZ32uQ/видео.html This is a very short list but a good start.
It never fails to astound me when people don't recognise Kirstins voice ,you could let me listen to one hundred women sing together and I could pick her voice out in two seconds flat, her tone is unmistakable and if you can't recognise her then you are not listening properly. Its like Sohyangs My Lord Jesus, she is singing with a whole women's choir and yet her voice rises above them all, it's what truly special voices do.
Was going to hit you with the knowledge that only 1 change in 10 years, and over 200 songs, and make a suggestion, but I see all the Pentaholics have already spoken! Thanks for a great reaction! 😁😁😎
The high note guy is Mitch Grassi. The girl is Kirsten Maldanado (Kirsty) The blond guy is Scott Hoying The beatboxer is Kevin Olusola The base is Avi Kaplan
You asked about "new members" - they have had one and ONLY one membership change. Avi (bass, white, bearded) left in 2017 due to family issues, to be replaced by Matt (bass, black, usually does NOT have a beard). But both Kirsten (mezzo soprano, white lady) and Mitch (counter-tenor, white, dark hair) tend to change up their looks pretty much on the drop of a hat. Scott (baritone, white, blond) and Kevin (beat-boxer & sometime tenor, black, small beard) tend to be more steady in appearance. It is true that they do a lot of Christmas albums, but they do every kind of music except no "gangsta rap" or far-out acid rock. You want non-Christmas? "Daft Punk (Medley)" won them their first Grammy. That is an EDM genre. Or try "Bohemian Rhapsody" as an iconic rock anthem that will truly blow your mind.
This is the original group. The only change to the group since 2011 was Avi Kaplan with the beard who left in 2017. Matt Salee is the new base and everyone else is still there. Kirsten does change her hair color often.
Out of the 10 years they have been together there has been only one member change and that was in 2017 when their bass Avi left (on good terms) and he helped find their current bass, Matt. Warning Kirsty and Mitch change their looks all the time and confuse reactors constantly. I hope you continue down this PTX rabbit hole. If you want to be amazed by some of the stuff these guys can do, check out any of their "Evolution" videos.
This is one of my favorite songs...so powerful! Oh Yes do more PTX (for short). Pentatonic Scale is also called five-note scale or five tone scale containing five different tones. Scott (the tall blond guy)came up with the name because they often sing in 5 part harmonies, only putting an 'x' at the end instead of the c, because it is 'cool' and there are 5 members. Just a fun fact! There is so much info. out there on Pentatonix, in which you will learn from fans on this journey. Exciting times ahead! This rabbit hole is the best!
Went back and watched your other pentatonix video 😁 They have more Christmas music then you can shake a stick at. Lots of other music as well. Enjoy the rabbit hole and try not to get lost. 🤣
It you watch their silent night video, it was filmed live in a cathedral. It’s utterly stunning. Other live recordings are all of their evolution of videos and their covers of “no” and “gold”. Amazing
Pentatonix has a hard and fast rule that they perform songs on video that they can reproduce perfectly in their live performances. They also have 19.6 MILLION subscribers. Their Hallelujah video has over 650 million views. Welcome to the entrance of the rabbit hole.
Set yourselves up for a triple reaction. Look at "Daft Punk" official video ruclips.net/video/3MteSlpxCpo/видео.html , Live ruclips.net/video/vz4CFeWBiEQ/видео.html and Private (NO MICS) ruclips.net/video/tw4YCsHXKgI/видео.html
They cover a lot of popular songs and do Christmas Songs, and they have original songs. Check out their Christmas Special where the sing Hallelujah live. Great Song.
Watch Beginners Guide to Pentatonix first and you will be amazed. The group has 3 Grammys for their following songs 1. Daft Punk 2. Dance of the Sugar Plum Ferry 3. Jolene featuring Dolly Parton
this is the song that heard first when I first found them and I will tell you this....this group just turned 10 years old and their love is Christmas music....alto you will find that they do ALL genres an they (in my opinion) have NEVER disappointed me with their incredible talents....ENJOY y'll....MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU and above all....BE BLESSED....
Pentaholic here. Only one member change in ten years. Avi is singing bass. He was PTX 2011-2017. His. Mother became ill and he had to quit touring and left friendly He was replaced by Matt 2017- now. Scott tall blonde baritone, Kevin beat boxer, cello player and tenor, Kirstie. Mezzo soprano Mitch. Counter tenor and voice of an angel Mitch and Kirstie change hair and looks constantly but it’s always them. They have 260 plus songs. Covers and originals. Christmas. Their new one. “ the prayer”. is fire Christmas. Check out Hallelujah from their Television special. It’s live in front of an audience and it’s so amazing Please react to it.
Most people don't know this, but after they won The Sing-Off in 2011, one of the main prizes was a record deal with Sony music. However, they were soon dropped by Sony because Sony believed no one would buy albums of an a cappella group. Talk about major irony. The album this song is on, That's Christmas To Me, was the fourth best selling album of 2014 in America. Not the fourth best selling Christmas album, but the fourth best selling of ALL albums released in 2014. That got the music industry's attention big time.
there has only been one member change whom is Avi, the bass, who left the group in 2017 and in his place is Matt, Mitch and Kirsten are constantly changing their hair, outfits, makeup, ex. so they usually look different in most music videos if they’re all from different times. Kirsten- Mezzo-Soprano Scott- Baritone Avi- Bass Matt- Bass Mitch- Counter-Tenor (people are shocked by Mitch’s vocals so often, that there’s a term called getting “Mitch Slapped” which is getting hit with one of her crazy notes haha) i recommend checking out “Come Along” or “Havana” from them :)
If you continue down the PTX Rabbit Hole always remember this Rule of Thumb... Kirstin and Mitch are original and current members that are extremely gifted as chameleons. In the future if you ask 'Is that Kirstin' or 'Is that Mitch'? The answer is always "Yes"....
Pentatonix is an a cappella group consisting of Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi, Kirstin Maldonado, Matt Sallee and Kevin Olusola (beat-boxer). Avi Kaplan, the group’s original bass left the group amicably in 2017 and was replaced by Matt Sallee. The name Pentatonix comes from the pentatonic scale which is a musical scale with five notes per octave, representing the five members of the group. They do every style of music and have released 12 studio albums, 5 of which are Christmas albums. Please watch their official video of Hallelujah from 2016 - you will be overwhelmed!
Thank you so much for your reaction on this one. They are absolutely amazing their rendition of this song is just magical. Now, you asked about new members in this group. What you see in this video are the original members of the group. The female of the group, Kirstin is an original. She just tends to change her look from time to time. From her hair color to hair style and yes her makeup as well. Even Mitch, the gentleman with the really high pitch voice also changes his look about as much as Kirstin does...LOL Avi Kaplan, the gentleman with the beanie is the bass of the group and at some point eventually leaves the group and is replaced my man named Matt Salle. During your Pentatonix journey you will notice that some videos feature Avi and some feature Matt. The ones with Avi are the much older videos where as Matt is in the much newer videos. I hope this helps you 2 out a bit. Anyway, thank you again for reacting to this video and I can't wait to see what you have for us next. Be safe and have a wonderful Holiday season.
So many good suggestions already! Non Christmas songs, I like: *Can You Feel The Love Tonight *Amazing Grace *Sing (it’s an original, watch closely for celebrity cameos 😉) *Perfect *Imagine *Sound Of Silence *Hallelujah Christmas songs: *Oh Come All Ye Faithful *The Prayer *Dance Of The Sugar Plum Fairy (won them their 2nd out of 3 Grammies)
As you said girls like to change up their look and so has the only female member "Kirsty". She as well as Mitch change their look quite frequently. This is the original Pentatonix lineup singing here. They're original Bass singer Avi ( the dark hair one with the mustache and beard and wearing a hat) left the group on good terms for personal reasons. If I'm not mistaken in 2017 and their new base Matt is now with the group. And that has been the only member change in their 10 years together.🙂 They have all types of music, their covers are better than the originals and their original music is Awesome too! Their music rabbit hole goes deep...lol!
Pentatonix has over 5 BILLION views on RUclips. This is what people worldwide listen to. You are about 11 years late to the party. Whoever reacts to their videos gets their RUclips ratings up. They have over 200 videos on RUclips and have 3 Grammys so far.
Better late than never I guess lol This isn't a genre either of us have ever really looked into. And so far all of our videos we have featured PTX on have been blocked lol they eventually get unblocked but it seems like their copyright holders like to mess with us haha Thanks for the info and the comment - Much Love
Kirstie is the blonde and changes her hair often as Mitch the the high tone male changes his hair and attire often . They all are so talented . This video has Avi who started with them ( long dark hair) and sings bass . He left the group on good terms to have more time with family . Avi still sings and has his own channel.
They do far more than christmas music. They also only do in videos what they can do live. This is the original group. One member has left the group on good terms for personal reasons and he helped pick his replacement.
the counter tenor is Mitch. In Pentatonix land your reaction to Mitch's is said as you've been Mitch slapped. As for the group...be careful you're on the verge of going down the Pentatonix rabbit hole...5 very talented people...enjoy the trip!
Their live shows are exactly the same if not better. Three of them have been singing together since High School and if you didn’t know they also won an A cappella singing competition on ABC called ‘The Sing Off’ when they were in High School as well. They were then signed to Sony. They have since won 3 Grammies as well.
PTX has a TV special called Christmas Under the Stars. It can be viewed for free on BYU TV. If you want to see a whole lot of their Christmas songs live.
PENTATONIX-- BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY
SOUND OF SILENCE
AMAZING GRACE
HALLELUJAH
They did Carol of the Bells live during their Christmas special called Christmas Under the Stars. Check out that entire show. It's phenomenal.
They also did Carol of the Bells live on The Talk when Avi was still in the group, and it blew everyone away. You can find it here on RUclips.
Yes, I 100% agree with this!! The tip on Scott taking over the bass was good, since most reactors don't realize that!
I 3rd this suggestion.
They do TONS of Christmas music, but that's not all they do. They've done all types of genres pop, rap, country, you name it-they've done it. They are brilliant songwriters as well. Their original stuff just as good if not better than their covers. "Thank You" is my favorite of their original Christmas songs.
They won Grammy's for: Daft Punk, Jolene and Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy. All three are unique and will show you different sides of this group.
The prayer
Amazing grace
Sound of silence
Bohemian Rapsody
Imagine
12 days of christmas
Oh come all ye faithful
Carols of the bells live version
I saw three ships
Its christmas to me
Hallelujah
And it goes on and on....
Start digging yourselves into this musical la la land
O come all ye faithful
Their cover of Shallow is very good. It qlso has Kevin, the beatboxer playing the cello while beatboxing. He calls it cello-boxing.
These are all the original members. If you are interested in hearing what they sound like live without the benefit of studio recording witchcraft, check out their performances on the TV show "The Sing Off" where they won the season they were on.
They were on the 3rd season.
For a live performance, recommend their Hallelujah from one of their TV Christmas Specials. It is as good as the official video. Also, the live version of I Saw Three Ships from this year’s iHeart Christmas Special.
Delighted to have you on the PTX bandwagon. Only 184 more songs to go!
It's the same girl, Kirstin. She and Mitch love to change up their looks.
This song was written by Mark Lowry. He is a part of a gospel touring group called the Gaethers. His version is powerful as well.
I'm so glad you got to this song. I'm not particularly religious any more, but this makes you very spiritual. "You can feel it in your soul". It brings me almost to years EVERY time I listen. Unbelievable talent all around.
They definitely don't only do Christmas songs. DEFINITELY check out their"Daft Punk Medley", John Lennon's "Imagine", Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody", Simon and Garfunkel's "Sounds of silence". ... And for the live performance I would do Singapore performance of "Aha"
Love you guys!! Keep up the grind
I’m a Pentaholic from Louisiana and this is my first time coming across your channel, which is odd, because I search for PTX reactions almost EVERYDAY 😜
Anyway, new sub, hope to hear more PTX on your channel!
Only the bass was ever replaced, and Mitch is constantly different, just like we females do.
New subscriber found you thorough you Pentatonix reactions. Great reactions! I hope you guys do more Pentatonix reactions! They have so many amazing songs! rock power ballad : Bohemian Rhapsody.
classic old rock : Sound Of Silence, Imagine.
alternative rock/folk : Hallelujah.
oldies : Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy.
Love again is one of my favorite originals.
They do EVERYTHING
We are starting to see that! What cant they do?! lol

Pentatonix do LOADS of different styles. Mostly covers (us Pentaholics call them UPGRADES) but with some original music.
Here are two live performances recorded on cell phones and posted to youtube. The first one is Thrift Shop listed under 'Pentatonix in an Airport' and the other is a VIP performance before a show under the heading of 'Pentatonix Daft Punk mix private performance'. here's carol of the bells live ruclips.net/video/vmTvoMhXizQ/видео.html
this one is recent so matt, the newest bass is in it, instead of avi (who was the bass singer when their version of that song came out, so the video you previously reacted to is with avi)
For more Christmas, do their version of "little drummer boy"
Hallelujah, there's a live version
If you want to see their talent truly shine, just check out where they began, literally, on The Sing Off. Their story is pretty amazing. Not just the singing.

On the contrary.... we did recognize her voice, it just had us speechless. Which doesn't happen often lol Much Love
I believe that Mrs Reel deserves to hear the Superfruit cover of Rise. But have some smelling salts close by.
Yes-Carol of the Bells from Christmas Under the Stars-LIVE and jaw-droppingly EPIC!
Now that you have entered the rabbit hole that is Pentatonix you need to check out the squirrel's nest (full of Nutz) that is Home Free!
It is the same people.
And when they are live they sound amazing
My favorite Christian song ever. And this performance is by far my favorite as well. Amazing!!!
Was going to hit you with the knowledge that only 1 change in 10 years, and over 200 songs, and make a suggestion, but I see all the Pentaholics have already spoken! Thanks for a great reaction! 😁😁😎
The high note guy is Mitch Grassi.
The girl is Kirsten Maldanado (Kirsty)
The blond guy is Scott Hoying
The beatboxer is Kevin Olusola
The base is Avi Kaplan
Went to their Christmas concert in Louisville, KY. Will go back when they come through town!!! Yes! they sound great -- LIVE!
I love Ptx and all their music but for me this is absolutely stunningly beautiful!
Hallelujah video and live performance will amaze you.

Ooooh wow OMG. I know, that's how you feel during the whole song.
You should check out ptx with violinist Lindsey Sterling the song radioactive
Pentatonix Popspring concert 2016, it has 3 of their original songs. Hallelujah live from their Christmas special.
They have a live version of Hallelujah, sounds amazing and proves they are just as good love as they are recorded.
If you want to see a crazy live watch Aha at the star vista
This is one of my favorite songs...so powerful! Oh Yes do more PTX (for short). Pentatonic Scale is also called five-note scale or five tone scale containing five different tones. Scott (the tall blond guy)came up with the name because they often sing in 5 part harmonies, only putting an 'x' at the end instead of the c, because it is 'cool' and there are 5 members. Just a fun fact! There is so much info. out there on Pentatonix, in which you will learn from fans on this journey. Exciting times ahead! This rabbit hole is the best!
In the intro your were singing MJ. Pentatonix does a wonderful Evolution of Michael Jackson.
Amazing
shared, liked, commented. no Kirstin just changes her hair, mitch changes his looks often too, watch their Hallejuah live performance
The group has 3 Grammys for their following songs
1. Daft Punk
2. Dance of the Sugar Plum Ferry
Love Again is one of their originals that is phenomenal.
This is the song that led me to discover pentatonix .
Counter tenor and voice of an angel
Mitch and Kirstie change hair and looks constantly but it’s always them.
They have 260 plus songs. Covers and originals.
Christmas. Their new one. “ the prayer”. is fire
Christmas. Check out Hallelujah from their Television special. It’s live in front of an audience and it’s so amazing
Please react to it.
One of their Christmas albums was the second best selling album of the year Bumping Taylor Swift from the number 2 spot
That got the music industry's attention big time.
there has only been one member change whom is Avi, the bass, who left the group in 2017 and in his place is Matt,
Mitch and Kirsten are constantly changing their hair, outfits, makeup, ex.
so they usually look different in most music videos if they’re all from different times.
Kirsten- Mezzo-Soprano
Scott- Baritone
Avi- Bass
Matt- Bass
Mitch- Counter-Tenor
(people are shocked by Mitch’s vocals so often, that there’s a term called getting “Mitch Slapped” which is getting hit with one of her crazy notes haha)
i recommend checking out “Come Along” or “Havana” from them :)
I love how you appreciate effects in the video - if you want real chills watch The Prayer and you'll have goosebumps for days!!!
Imagine, Bohemian Rhapsody, Sound of Silence covers by Pentatonix
If you want to see an amazing live do Aha at the star vista
Best live Christmas is Silent Night. I love it.
They have to do hallelujah. I can't wait to see the reaction.
Great reaction! I love PTX!!!
They were just absolutely great when Avi was with them.
They are good now.
Pentatonix Emmy winner Daft Punk medley is awesome!
Bohemian Rhapsody
So many good suggestions already!
Non Christmas songs, I like:
*Can You Feel The Love Tonight
*Amazing Grace
*Sing (it’s an original, watch closely for celebrity cameos 😉)
*Perfect
*Imagine
*Sound Of Silence
*Hallelujah
Christmas songs:
*Oh Come All Ye Faithful
*The Prayer
*Dance Of The Sugar Plum Fairy (won them their 2nd out of 3 Grammies)
As you said girls like to change up their look and so has the only female member "Kirsty". She as well as Mitch change their look quite frequently. This is the original Pentatonix lineup singing here. They're original Bass singer Avi ( the dark hair one with the mustache and beard and wearing a hat) left the group on good terms for personal reasons. If I'm not mistaken in 2017 and their new base Matt is now with the group. And that has been the only member change in their 10 years together.🙂
They have all types of music, their covers are better than the originals and their original music is Awesome too! Their music rabbit hole goes deep...lol!
I hope and pray that everyone has a very blessed Christmas and New Year.
I suggest reacting to an original by Pentatonix, "Love Again" is one of my favourites and shows how versatile this group really is.
PTX always makes sure their songs can be reproduced live as well as in the studio.
If they actually sang this song in the cave, the acoustics would have been massive.
Kirstie is the blonde and changes her hair often as Mitch the the high tone male changes his hair and attire often . They all are so talented . This video has Avi who started with them ( long dark hair) and sings bass . He left the group on good terms to have more time with family . Avi still sings and has his own channel.
Live silent night.😊
They DO have 6 or 7 Christmas Albums, but they do so much more. Check out their "Daft Punk Medley".
They have lots of live stuff. ❤❤❤
Please watch Beginners Guide to Pentatonix. You will learn all about the Group.
Great reaction! May I suggest The Prayer, Bohemian Rhapsody, Imagine and Sound of Silence.
They have a live version of Carol of the Bells on Christmas Under the Stars Special. It's amazing.
Hi, you can find a live version of Hallelujah. It was a TV special
They were on Sing Off years ago which was a singing competition. RUclips should have videos. All live.
PTX has a TV special called Christmas Under the Stars. It can be viewed for free on BYU TV. If you want to see a whole lot of their Christmas songs live.
The female singer is Kirstin and she does change her hair color and styles. This is an older video (at least 4 years old).
