I have been growing my natural hair since 2009. It has been through a lot.. right now it is almost to my clavicle. My goal is waist length - thigh length. I have about 10-12 inches of growth to go. Thats about 1year of growin my hair. I do have a regimen.. i do hot oil treatments during the week.abd deep condition.. i use only 2 oils for scalp and one for only hair. I use low maintenance styles . I do also take hair, nails and skin vitamins tablets and gummies.. i drink liquids of different sorts.. broths, soups, teas, water, fruit juices and drinks with other nutrients that are green and great for the body.. in with you with your hair journey. Please upload your progress...i love your videos.. i grew up in the black women natural hair journey community a while ago... So recaping things before really keeps me intrigued!
I am so excited about the start of your new healthy hair journey. I said I would start with you next time you started after your video when you noticed the breakage, but.... I got my hair braided again 🤦♀. I will keep up while my braids are in though. Your hair holds up so good! Praying for you mom healing ❤.
You can definitely get to waist length hair because if you've caught up to where you were in high school, imagine how long your hair would be if you kept it up from high school to now... That's unmistakably WL. Yes, pre-poo treatments!!! My routine has been completely transformed, particularly for detangling. Yes, deep conditioning!!! I got lazy for a season, stopped, and then returned to it. Why did I ever stop? YES!!! Scalp massage!!! It takes me 4 minutes. My arms have reached their limit. Maybe if I do it more often, I'll build up the muscle for it haha. Trims - I trim every quarter and dust lightly if I notice my ends are ragged. I only take a multivitamin and MSM as supplements. I've only recently begun using MSM, so I'm not sure what difference it's making. Water consumption is the most important, especially when taking supplements. I'm praying for your mother! And this video was extremely educational. Thank you very much!
You Help me not to be afraid to color my hair & keep it Healthy, Yes I actually add the oil in with my Deep Conditioner & my hair is amazing, Colored treated hair, Moisture, Moisture, Moisture🤗. I Love what you said, think of it like watering your plants..
My friend she started the hair bonnet when she was a baby and now her baby is used to the bonnet. I have that issue I am not consistent with the bonnet but I invested in some satin pillow slips.
Those satin pillow cases save the day!! Lol she likes it some night and other nights takes it off. She also has low porosity hair but I'm not sure if that's due to it not being protected at night. I know babies go through a few phases of their hair so we will see. Thanks for watching!!
You did not have to slap us with that gorgeous 2 week old 3 strand twistout 😩😩😍😍😍😍. My guess for the box is the new mini revair 🤔😏 I’ve been so hair lazy lately but I’m going to get back on a routine soon 😩🥴 Praying for your Mother 💖
