Dave! This video was very good! I really appreciate how you broke down every small point and explained it with words and video. I’m so thankful to be following you. Blessings from Japan! 🇯🇵
Really appreciate these types of tutorials Dave. The progressions drills for me are critical as I personally find that I do not always have the strength to execute the more advanced exercises.
Just stumbled across this now, and it's been hugely helpful! Would love , if possible, an update with tips on linking reps without coming off the bar? Ims struggling with the timing of enagement of the various parts when working against/with momentum after transitioning down. Thanks so much for your awesome videos!!
Hi Jeremy. What we mean here is that there is no leaning back of the torso while hanging from the bar. This would indicate that the lats are being engaged and not what we are looking for. Perhaps the easiest way to think about this is to ensure that your biceps/arms are staying in line with your head while hanging from the bar. Hopefully this makes sense, definitely let us know if not! Good luck!
This in an amazing channel, thank you for all the information you provide. Even though i can perform high pull ups and bar muscle ups i am extremely afraid of this movement... i never have the courage to finish it! I always get a bit sick and am afraid i might slam into the ground with 95 kg😅
Thanks Dave another great video. Have always struggled with this. Usually I work on lower bar and kick up as u showed. Now I can work on these skills on higher bar👍😊🙏
Watched your video last night, then went to the park this afternoon to see if I could do it. And I got it on the first try! Great tutorial. Thanks!
I followed this video step by step and got a pullover in 20 minutes. Thanks!!!
Thats awesome!! We are so stoked for you! Would love to see any of your progress videos during this process!
Good technical explanation

Youre most welcome! Im so glad that it was useful for you!
Amazing! I've been fighting with that arch at the end on the movement for some time now. I keep my eyes on my knees/toes now! Thanks bro
Heck yeah!! Happy that this was helpful for you
I've never wanted to control my feet more than I have after watching Dave and the precise placement of his legs.
He always impresses and motivates us too! :)

Of course! Slow progressions with consistency is the key not only to mastery, but to longevity!

Completely understand! You must be comfortable with any movement that you are attempting...just progress slowly and you will get it!💪🏽
