    Thanks a lot for all your funny yet very useful videos. They really help a lot making Norwegian Language not to seem so terrifying as it seemed in the first place but actually very interesting. A big thank you!

      I am upper intermediate level and close to advanced level in Norwegian, I have learnt so many words - these Simple Norwegian videos are super useful for beginners and for intermediate level learners, and also all the vocab videos from the Norwegian With Karen yt and the video with 2.000 words in Norwegian, really useful, and I have learnt almost all the words from almost all the videos on these yts, and Norwegian is so pretty, just like Dutch and English and Old Norse etc, and I am also learning Old Norse and Icelandic and am upper beginner level in these two, and I am advanced level in Dutch, and intermediate level in German and Swedish, and writer level in English, and beginner level in Faroese and Danish and Gothic as well as most other Germanic languages, and I highly recommend learning them all or any of them, especially Norwegian / Old Norse / Dutch / Icelandic / Danish / Gothic etc, they are so magical and so poetic, just like English, definitely too pretty not to know!

      as for me who lives in Indonesia, 24 degrees Celcius is considered mild as our average temperature (in my city) can reach 28-31 degrees

      En vinter - a winter
      En vår - a spring
      En Sommer - a summer
      En høst - a fall/autumn
      Det er grått = it is grey
      Været er grått = The weather is grey
      Et vær = a weather

    I love your videos. I use them a lot. You have an amazing pronunciation speaking both English and Norwegian. Are you bilingual? You sound like the both of them are your mother tongues. Big hugs and kisses!

    144 what is *A* snow?

    • @SimpleNorwegian
      @SimpleNorwegian  4 года назад

      En snø. But you would never actually see or use this in the Norwegian language. "Snøen" however is something you would see :)

    Er det ikke vanskelig når man starter å lære norsk å lære trøndersk?

  • @JLar-bb5hl

    "en snø"? "det fryser"? for "I'm/it's freezing" - og "en torden"? - Jasså - når brukes disse uttrykkene, da?

    • @SimpleNorwegian
      @SimpleNorwegian  4 года назад

      Skal innrømme dette var en av de dårligste videoene jeg lagde, skulle ønske jeg tilføyde flere praktiske uttrykk. En snø og en torden ble skrevet for å vise at de er hankjønnsord, i lik linje med alle substantiv gjennom serien. I’m freezing i den betydning at det er noe man kan si når man fryser, men ja, takk for tilbakemelding. Jeg ser at du virkelig verdsetter tiden din nå i den korte norske sommeren 👍

    It’s not “a Fall” it’s just Fall in American English for Autumn.

    isn't "ei takke" (or how you write it) female?

    • @SimpleNorwegian
      @SimpleNorwegian  4 года назад +1

      Not sure what word you are referring to. You mean a thank you? The word "takk" is female, so yes it would be "ei takk"
