- Namaste, Pravaig Dynamics recently launched their first Car Defy in Indian Market. They have priced the car at Rs 39.50 Lakh Ex-Showroom and it claims a range of 500+ km with its 90.9 kWh battery and dual motors that produce 403 hp and 620 nm o torque.

What more do you expect from a small startup. They are still in their search phase. They are yet to complety decide on their approach or business model. This should have been called a product showcase and not a product launch though.

आप वाहनो की खूबसूरती बता रही हो बहुत अच्छी बात है , किंतु इसके साथ ही गाड़ी के after sell Service की भी जानकारी दीजिए, साथ ही हाइब्रिड और इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनो में ये बताइए की इनकी बैटरी की लाइफ कितनी है और साथ में गैरेण्टी या वॉरेंटी के संबंध में साथ ही कभी ऐसा वाक़या हो जाये की बैटरी पर गैरेंटी नहीं मिले तो नई बैटरी की क्या क़ीमत है?
Have been following their insta page since they made big claims about their first car. Most of their posts so far have been photoshopped/graphic designs. Nothing concrete. So yeah thanks for calling out their fraud. Glad someone did.

i doubt that the company did this to get into the limelight as they made a prototype which looked bad but the real product will be different from what they are showing
It sounds scam to many people because the impressive claims they have made and moreover the deadline they mentioned that by April 2023 it will be commercially available in the market.
Hope this Indian brand gain success in the EV market.

To go by what we have seen so far, it is hard to trust them.
Last year they brought similar 'unfinished' model 'Extinction' and had plans to have a production model in a year. Now after a year, the story repeats with the new 'unfinished' model 'Defy'.

Seems like another Nikola scam.. The entire bullet points of presentation were based on sensational tech videos taken from other youtubers by Pravaig. Most startups just want to establish hypothetical worth and take investments and sell it... Its not making it on road... Rather the company in inviting financial investigations in future.

This car looks as unrealistic as Zambia's space program in 70's. And on top of that it is priced exuberantly at 39.50 lakhs. At this price why wouldn't people prefer buying Volvo XC40 recharge.

The price at which they are offering the claimed specs seems very far-fetched to me. It is not possible to offer 500+km range, 400+hp are 40lacs in any market.

Let Pravaig have some time. They are coming from scratch just like Ather did it years back in Bangalore.
Pravaig people called media early with their unfinished product because lot EVs are in queue to be launched in India so they didn't want to loose the media spotlight that they are also in queue & people should keep this in mind.
Don't be nerd youtuber who just runs after after review for the sake of his views. You need to calm down Gagan. Even though being youtuber, you also took years to reach at this stage. While here these people are trying to make a world class car. Even Tesla took, more than a decade to shine because they develop from scratch.
The product has been LAUNCHED brother. It is not in development stage.

Since this is only a fibreglass prototype at this stage, my advice would be to scrap this design and start from scratch again. This shape does not look very appealing.

Pravaig is fraud. Building a car that too at 40lacs at initial price is ridiculous. Went to copy Tesla but unfortunately failed. Tesla engineers their own battery while I don't know what and where these batteries are sourced from.
