Can we just also ask: what's up with the Sixers and talent development? Simmons was a complete flop. Fultz was a complete flop. Yes, they both suffered injuries, but so do many young stars and they come back strong from injury. Going beyond that, did Tobias Harris really develop or improve in Philly? Or did he regress in many ways? Joel Embiid too. Yes, he had the MVP season...but is Embiid really a better player than he was before? How much closer has he gotten his team to the Finals? How much has he worked on his conditioning?
At some point, when you have so many developmental flops, regressions and failures to markedly improve...you have to start looking at the team's ability to develop players.
Mike doesn't even need to make a new video. He can upload the old one, same story.
