Sequoia National Forest Off-Grid Tent Camping | 2021 Camping Vlog | Explore California

Last weekend, we decided to camp at Sequoia National Forest. We found a nice camping spot with amazing views. This area is situated right between Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park, making it a very convenient camp base when traveling to those National Parks.
Also, on this trip, we took our Gold Volkswagen. This tiny car has been taking us places we thought only lifted trucks or jeeps can go.

Yes, no problem. This is in Forest Route 14S11 heading to the Big Meadows. Pretty much the same road going to Buck Rock Lookout tower.

Hi. This is in Big Meadows, right before Big Baldy if you are coming from Sequoia National Park. On Generals Highway, you'll see a sign that says Big Meadows Turnoff, you just following the Forest Route 14S11, that's the one. This is on the same dirt road you take when you are on the way to Buck Rock Lookout. Hope this helps.
