Competition is fierce? That's a good thing for consumers, same as any retail outlet.

The last time I've had any cannabis related products was over a year ago.
I don't miss nor care for it really.
Who would of thought majority of Canadians aren't stone heads.

Don't like it? Then don't use it. Your "issue" has now been completely solved and resolved for you. Leave every other adult citizen alone to make their own choices about whether or not they choose to enjoy relatively benign cannabis without needing your consent nor personal approval. Sound fair and reasonable and can you live with that? Btw: Thanks for your "sharing" of your personal likes and what you personally don't "care for" with all of us without provocation.

Cannabis should be just as legal and easy to obtain anywhere as alcohol currently is. In every single state. No exceptions. It's so easy: As legal and easy to obtain/use as alcohol currently is. Why hold relatively benign, often healing cannabis to any sort of irrational, stricter double standard than perfectly legal alcohol?

NimbyMaleKaren: We can't just criminalize and lock up everyone you personally find, "creepy". Most Americans find that the very few weirdos left in our country that irrationally oppose cannabis legalization, very, very, "creepy", indeed. Lol Just saying, bro.

$160 for a half ounce and you don't get to see it and try it before you buy. Half the supply has random seeds and no consistency from year to year.

    • @bradcanning875

Try it before you buy it? Does KFC let you chomp on a drumstick before you buy a bucket? Don't smoke the weed before commenting.

@@bradcanning875 never bought weed or any drug before? Drugs and food are different sells. Kfc did give out free food food, I remember getting free popcorn chicken to try when it first came out. Grocery/ liquor stores give out samples even.

$160 for a half OZ..sounds cute. I will never step foot in a government run disp again. Currently buy all my weed related products from stores not owned and operated by the government in toronto. An OZ (28 grams not half oz) is $50 Canadian not taxed, in large jars so you can see and smell. sometimes with store credit I get it for $40-$45 an OZ.

Yeah cuase the prices suck and the whole boutique jewelry shop set up is stupid. You know what was great the pain society. They had vending machines and there was only two prices regular and premium. Alot of people who go there have anxiety and don't wanna deal with people so you could stick a 20 in the machine and go or go to the counter and get help too. And add the extra cost of the dumb giant plastic containers hey I thought we were getting away from single use plastics compared to the vacuum sealed bags... yeah I wonder why the whole thing is a disaster and people are still buying black market weed.

As a consumer you have every right not to make a legal purchase if you don't want to make one. Regardless though: Legalization sure does beat the heck out of the continued prohibition and criminalization of cannabis consumers. Any day of the week, hands down!
