Puss In Boots being “Just like Zorro” was no coincidence. The same actor played both. I also loved the Alien, reference when Puss In Boots bursts through Shrek’s shirt. So many great Easter eggs in this movie.

Yeah, and still people, many reactors included, insist on calling these movies (and other similar animated movies) kids movies 🤨Kinda annoying, to be honest. You almost never see any kids do reaction videos to movies by DreamWorks or Pixar for example, and the adults who react to them love them, but still can't let go of the notion that they are watching a kids movie. They see a dark or mature scene, and go "but isn't this a kids movie?". No... no, it isn't, actually. I once read a comment about Shrek that complained about a "kids movie" having such bad language. Movies like this are often filled to the brim with references and jokes that will go right over the heads of most kids. One of my favorite movie franchises, regardless of genre, animated or not, is the How To Train Your Dragon trilogy, and I haven't been a kid for a looong time 😆So, I prefer the term animated action comedy, or something along those lines.
@@Kenny-ep2nf Often reactors, who have seen the movies as kids, and are rewatching them as adults, say that they get them a lot better as adults, and sometimes they say that some scenes even scared them when they were kids. Still, they feel the need to use the words "kids" and "movie" in the same sentence. Pixar and DreamWorks, and even Disney, back when they were good, and before they ruined Star Wars, and started to make all those pointless remakes, put a lot of effort and money into their movies, and use a cast that makers of actual kids movies probably can only dream of affording. I mean, Jack Black in Kung Fu Panda, and the Super Mario Movie. And speaking of the Super Mario Movie, it feels like it's aimed at people who grew up playing the old school Mario games, and are now adults. Nostalgia. The same goes for Wreck-It-Ralph for example, which references a lot of old games, that I doubt a lot of the kids of today have ever played.

Jennifer Saunders (Fairy Godmother) KILLED IT singing "I Need A Hero"! I remember this movie was how I was first introduced to the song and I absolutely loved it! 💜 💚
I feel like an old fogey, but I definitely remember the Bonnie Tyler version first, including the ridiculous music video (her "Total Eclipse of the Heart"/"Turn Around" music video is even more unhinged) with the mysterious man in white saving her.
