Tana, when I first watched your Reality House episode, I was like "come on what a brat just climb the wall," but after hearing your backstory and that was a boundary you set for yourself....
RESPECT for sticking to that even with the pressure of the other contestants and cameras. That is not easy to do and I think that was badass and a good lesson for all us ladies to stick to our guns even when it's uncomfortable

I disagree with Brooke. I think she has some clouded judgement when it comes to Bryce like she likes him so much and can't see how hated he actually is. I've never met anyone who actually liked Bryce. I love Tana, but I can't stand Bryce. I think tana is called out for her shit more but Bryce is hated more.
I haven't seen much on him but the things I have seen he just seems quite boring, makes a few jokes every now and then. I don't understand the hate is there something that he did?

In my opinion she’s always considered herself lower then she is. Hence why she would hang out with the tik tok stars and why she feels she’s on the level of Bryce. She’s used to everyone hating her and bringing up everything she’s ever done and those people go through that daily. But I feel she’s grown so much in the last year 🥰💜 she’s above them now no hate tho to them 💜

Tana I’m the same way with agility. I’ve always said im unathletic and I always get so self conscious whenever I do something that requires athleticism and I feel like I move so awkwardly. You’re not alone and there’s nothing wrong with being that way ❤️

holy shiiiiit, can I just say, Tana, at 10:15, describing mirroring, just helped me understand a blindspot in my life lol. I'm only recently understanding my ADHD, in my 30s. When I live with a partner, I feel like we can take on cleaning the entire house together, no matter how complex or big, but individually, I feel so lost. And it's not because they're leading me; I'll usually take on the lead- it's because I can stay focused, and more importantly, motivated, on the task because someone is doing it alongside me! I feel like my personality has some solid overlap with Tana's, so I learn a lot just by listening to her self reflections. Love you, Tana!

Tana I loved hearing you talk about your adhd. And the difference between being on and off the medication that just gave me such a light into how you are. I didn’t know you had adhd i thought you were depressed and had a rough come up. I love hearing that your connecting your thoughts and feelings and noticing how you work the way you do and how to thrive in your working environment and home environment I love it.
Pretty sure she has been depressed and she definitely did have a rough upbringing. Those things can all be true at the same time.

Drugs and alcohol. They destroyed my body and I'm 38 and was just diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver from using so much drugs and alcohol! Quit while you're ahead Tana! I will say, your new wine looks interesting and good although I don't and can't drink anymore! Nothing wrong with drinking on occasions if you don't have a problem, but I definitely have a problem with booze especially so that's a big no no for me if I want to continue to live! January 7th I'll have a year sober. I still smoke green but that's it! Keep it natural!

As someone who used to enjoy getting hit during sex, please be careful. I genuinely think it subconsciously effects your self esteem and how you view love. It could just be me, but I wish someone warned me before I started that journey. Be safe everyone
