Watched all your build videos and blown away by how nice your venue is. The only thing I can recommend is... since I am a photographer it would be super advantageous to paint your ceiling partially white, or add some kind of drop down white panels, especially over the dance floor. It would help a ton with flash photography. The black ceilings and floors just absorbs any light. Another suggestion is to move your wall of curtains maybe a foot in to give the windows and uplights space to spread. Otherwise, congrats on the space!

So I was just wondering where you order your chairs, tables, linens etc? And also like your centerpieces? And sorry last question. Do you decorate for the events yourself or do you hire someone to do that? I love what your doing and you are really an inspiration to people who want to start their business. 💗💗

Nice kitchen and carpet. The front of the venue looks so good but can't you change the brown thing above your sign to black, grey or white. In my opinion it will look so much better with black, grey or white. Also, are you buying or leasing the venue?
Yes, absolutely I could but it's still in very good shape and for now it's not worth the investment. Thank you for your kind words!!

Your looking really good just need a little bit bigger dance floor to fit at least 10 people at a time. Other than that you inspired me and my wife to open up one our self. Just need to get the funding Good Luck with yours :)

At this point all in probably $300k (including monthly expenses that were funded outside the venue revenue). My one year finance recap is coming up so I will know for sure then
What was the cost of building out your commercial kitchen?
About $100k including equipment. It's also built from scratch which makes it very pricey
