@@chasingtheAmericanDream I have seen a lot of real estate pricing fluctuations over the last two decades in Baja. Depends mostly how things are going in California,but it can be hard to sell in Baja. In general I think you make money but it takes a lot longer to sell property in Mexico than the USA, and even longer in Baja. If you don't give yourself enough time for the sell ,you might find yourself at a loss.

As long as you don’t get involved in bad things and bad people.. you should be fine! 😀
