I’m lucky enough to own a MC20 for a year now and it’s just a superb car. It obviously looks gorgeous, it’s super fast and the handling is just sublime. You can easily drive the car flat-out in corsa mode on Suisse twisty roads because it’s so trustworthy.
Some people say it’s too silent, but the induction, turbo and blowoff noises next to your ear are just bonkers.
Regarding built quality: you should ask some PPF shops in what state Porsches are being delivered nowadays. In contrast the MC20 was flawless.
If there is two things that can be annoying, it is the small gas tank and the space you need to open the doors.
Lastly the car turns heads wherever you go. It’s a unicorn ❤

Well, it's a good Sunday today to wake up uber late. Just as I made my coffee, I am greeted with this.
Really enjoyable format, straight to the point, still with a lot of cinematography, but centered around the car from the get-go, ambient sounds only.
I genuinely fell in love with the MC20 after watching Tedward drive one in Cali. The seating position feels lower than in any other car based off the video. I love the simplicity on the interior, I love the styling of the exterior. The only thing I would be very afraid of if I were to get one is depreciation. In my opinion it turned out to be such a fantastic car despite the early fear of it having a V6, but it's a Maserati priced as high as a 992 GT3...

The Nettuno engine is one of the very few examples of a pre-chamber engine configuration out on the market. The tech first appeared in F1 engines a decade ago, before even journalists started writing articles about it. As someone with a bit of mech.eng. experience having worked with OEMs on such configurations (glad to have worked even with the ones who developed this exact engine), I know most of the benefits, drawbacks etc. but one thing I NEVER asked anyone: does it SOUND different because of the pre-chamber? Alternatively said: can you tell whether any part of the combustion sound is to be attributed to that?
I've seen the MC20 at least 3x in Zurich and the truth is, it's exactly that: unique.

Beautiful to look at but a very disappointing engine and a boring / ordinary cabin at a high price not a winning formula unfortunately Maserati under delivers yet again!

One of the most beautiful aperta in recent time but the gull wing scissor makes it quite impratical in Asia where parking space are really compact.

Haha oh I had so many awkward situations where I couldn’t get out or back in the car because the spaces are so small and if someone parks next to you then that’s it 😂

Great video and the cinematography is on point, could you do a video on how you make your vids pre-prod and post-prod as a solo creator ?

I's giving 918 with the roof down. It's a nice looking car but would have liked to see it without the gray bits on the lower door - i think that would have improved the look.

exhaust sounds similar to the QV, this seems based on the F154 ferrari with the configuration 3.0L v6 90 degree

there is a signature Maserati thing that this vehicle lacks. the unique identifying 3 vents between the front wheel and the front door..

    OK !!!
Directly a MC20...Cielo (that's why you lose your voice (too much air 🤣🤣🤣)
    Great test.
And fortunately that this car and all others are not perfect because everybody would have one and it wouldnt be a special one anymore...
    Nobody's perfect too 😉
