    Its better to use the palstic in bambo mat not in the roll ..it saves your time and safty to the food or its secure plastic will not go to the plate or to the client by mistakenly .🐶

    what are those gloves?! i couldnt tell if they were wet, but was amazed how there was no sticking on your hands

      I’m using vinyl gloves. I’ve try many different kinds but this one is the best for me .thank you for watching 👍

      The brown sauce is called the unagi sauce..

    Do you process salmón or put salt?

      The salmon I caught is from the bay (saltwater) so no salt ..

      @@nisorra no I don’t cure them I freeze them for 24 hours. some they freeze it for 72 hour to kill bacteria but most are farm raised.
