My father played piano, I studied piano to grade 4 of the Royal Academy of Music entry level. My late husband was a highly respected DJ with a massive knowledge if Jazz. Hence my love of Miles (before he went nuts) especially with Gil Evans. I saw Miles Twice in concert. You couldn't hear a penny drop. I find a redemptive power in music and played Miles Kind of Blue album, still unable to understand the music written down would have fitted on a napkin. Miles and Evans studied Scored of Ravel and Rachmaninov. But I expect you know that. Thank you again.
I meant to ask: Are you one of the gifted clever people who does not read music. As an aside: Are you a Bill Evans, Keith Jarrett fan? I believe that in order to comprehend the total beauty of an acoustic piano it is necessary to study classical music. Thank you.
