A very nice video but, I would like to point out an error. The 12R will only receive 3 years of OS updates with four years of security patches. Conversely, the 12 will receive 4 years of OS updates with 5 years of security patches. Furthermore, in North America the 12 and 12R will only charge at 80 w. However, globally in countries that offer 220 volt standards both devices will charge at 100 w.
I think the best overall deal on a phone in the US right now. Especially at $399 or $499 trade in deals.

The A55 has the Exynos processor. As long as OnePlus keeps selling these phones with snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, Samsung's in trouble.

Great deal I guess in the long run if you plan to have the phone for 4 to 5 years, but I'm really made up with the Redmi 12 that I bought about four months ago. I have it protected in a lovely black leather case and it works just find. Smooth scrolling, and has a decent performance in regards to films and platforms like youtube and fb. I guess you're paying for the extra storage and memory but I would like this phone too. The packaging looks lovely as does the phone and the charging is quick too along with long battery life. But I've got the same with the Redmi so that'll do for me. If I was younger I probably would have bought a phone like the plus. 26 minutes to 100% charge must be ground-breaking, that's amazing.
I was a heavy advocate for the moto edge plus 2023 Until the one plus 12r It has slightly more features around the same price, so I'm rolling with the 12R. I think the only difference is the front.Facing camera on the edge plus 2023 is like a fifty or sixty megapixel
I'm waiting for Motorola to reveal the 2024 Edges and Stylus g 5g, there are already renders of the 2024 Moto g power 5g

Youd be hard pressed to find a better value dual physical sim device here in the US. I've been using it with my personal and work sim for a few weeks now and ita been fantastic. Sadly none of the major case makers jumped on this one.
Unfortunately in Europe the base model is 700 euro,but I just picked up the OnePlus ace 3 for 350 euro,same phone rebranded 😊 faster ufs speed 4.0,so a 50% discount

I like my phone so far. My only issue when charging it there is a bright pulsating multi color screen that comes on and I cannot find a way to turn it off. Anyone have any Ideas please reply.
I might be late but I used to have a Samsung Galaxy S9 that used to do the same thing. What my issue was is that the "screen saver" that was in my settings that I thought was my always on display or lock screen picture. It was actually a option to pick what was displayed while it was charging. I thought they should have worded it better because I just turned it on without knowing what it actually did💀
I just picked up the cool blue 12R with 16gig ram and 256 ROM for $567 and this phone is by far the best phone ive ever had its kinda crazy
@Oldasianguy not sure my guy don't really use any websites with Java or it runs well enough for me not to know it's a Java site

Frankly, I don't believe one plus will ever go down that road with T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile again. Personally, I think they need to stick to factory unlock. Carriers require them to make too many compromises in their designs.
One plus isn’t doing phones for carriers anymore unfortunately.

It's closer to iOS than one UI.
No one plus is a separate company from Samsung, if this was a Samsung product a phone of this caliber Samsung would charge 799.99

Anyway, my wife and I have been running the Oneplus 7 Pro it seems like forever now. However, it's quite buggy these days and the battery life isn't quite what it used to be... I'm ordering a pair of these now, thanks for the video!
The 7 Pro was an absolute beast. I still use it to cast music and play games.
