Communication is key. Speak to your parents and say that you are ready to get married. And that you would appreciate if they can start searching for a spouse or look into someone you may already know. It can be difficult if it's the latter as you may have million questions thrown at you because of the other person you know. There is no right age for marriage. As long as you are mature and responsible to make the marriage work, I'm sure your parents would understand. May Allah make it easy for you.
