It's so wise to be happy with what we already have ! I like to take a beloved item that I find I don't wear enough and look in shelves what would match with it so I can wear it... Also sometimes it's my guide for a new piece, one that match something to wear it more :)
I love that you mixed the genders of outfits to make them genderless. Clothes are an expression, we should all feel comfortable and stylish to ourselves in them. I’m still on a journey to declutter and finding my style but I like feeling more confident each day.

I also like the brand Toast, it's very expensive though, I can't afford it even from eBay! I will use design I like for inspiration when thrifting though. I also like some Japanese design, the shapes block colours and textiles.

Lovely re-creations of outfits, poses and settings, Ana and Brian. It was a grounding I needed at a very sad moment. I love fashion, too, but never thought of trying this technique, just for amusement. Nor was I aware of these beautiful brands. I was very happy watching your video and I love your style! I'm not sure I have a style. I buy clothing at thrift stores. You have inspired, me, though, to try to put together pleasing outfits from what I have. :)
I enjoyed this video. I agree about natural fibers are better however in my style I have hiking pants and shirts made out of synthetic. They drape better and don’t cling on my body shape (I’m chesty). Cotton and linen often box out my shape to unflattering. However I make synth clothes last for over ten years so I don’t continue buying new synthetics. It’s a balance I guess
Very good video in itself, it is nice and relaxing to watch, we also need futile moments in life to rest our minds from too much strees, sad news, problems... Food, clothes, grooming are good things for some self-care, at the same time we can feel good and full of gratitude... Details are not just details... Hope you can soon make a new flat tour video ! The wooden floor looks amazingly vintage !
I love your Boho layered fashions. As I am small like you I kind of dress that way my self. I always look forward to baggy sweater season and I layer up.

I like how the outfits were similar but not exactly the same. Very creative. I have decluttered my clothes a lot but it's still not a minimal wardrobe. I have 'things i like' but not really a style. I think maybe looking through pintrest or something like you have just done will help me define what my style is so i can make my wardrobe smaller without feeling like I'm depriving myself of creativity.

Wow, this video is pretty cool! I like so much the "non-binary" vibe of your style. Thank you Ana for sharing with us things that make you happy. It make us happy too, for sure! Here is my personal fashion history : I was a quite thin person in my 20's and ended up plus-size in my 40's, so fashion is a bit of a challenge because of my size. Also : I don't know how to sew. What I discovered during the pandemic is that I am more satisfied if I buy just a few pieces from local designers or alternative sustainable designers (like Justine Leconte, a nice french youtuber you might know)) than buying many pieces of cheaper clothes from fast fashion brands because plus-size fast fashion is almost always a road to poor quality (and, of course, unfair working conditions). You video about re-creating lookbooks with what you already own is super accurate for me, since plus-size fashion is sooo expensive. Thanks a lot dear Ana!

I much prefer YOUR outfits! You did a wonderful job. Your blue dress is amazing. I know nothing about dressing in your preferred style, but I wear relaxed, comfortable clothing too, just not as “edgy” if that is the correct word. I am considerably older than you (64). The only very minor thing I would tweak in the first outfit would be to wear socks that match the color of your shirt to pull that color down there too. Do you have any that off-white color?

I'm still finding my style - I wear dark to light blues, a touch of red, pink, grey & black. My colouring is pale blonde. It's smart casual, very neat, usually fitted but not tight or uncomfortable.

Psst...I crochet a hat! It's absolutely unwearable (the yearn is too thick), but I had so much enjoyment doing it. If I should define my style, it would be "urban, minimalist, fangirl". I fancy oversized pants, biker shorts, oversized t-shirts with logos of anime and manga characters and dresses that I combine with fanny packs (I'm too scared to sew pockets in my clothes lol)
I like seeing you do something lighthearted. When times are heavy it can be selfcare to allow yourself a little fun.
The pronounciation of Nygårdsanna was pretty good. Just be happy that it is a Swedish brand. It would have been much more difficult to pronounce in Danish. 😆
What a great video! It's inspiring to see you being creative with what you already own. Some of my favourite pieces are secondhand. I like classic, and vintage, feminine style.
I like oversized clothes with both boho and masculine accents just like you do but I think you’re making the same mistake as me when you purchase clothes: overestimating your size, especially with bottoms. All my wide, linen/flowy fabric pants are excessively large to the point where they fall off unless I tie them tight. I hear it’s controversial for straight women to wear birkenstocks too but idc, they’re comfy. I wear them w/o socks though🙂
How fun! And a great reminder that you can try new styles without having to constantly buy new things. Though my personal “style” is laid back casual, so give me a plain t-shirt, some jeans, and maybe a sweater and I’m good.
I love that you did this video! It’s fun to see how people style their wardrobe and where they get inspiration. I can’t seem to stick with one style as I’m inspired by many… there is a Swedish designer who does a lot of the layering like you, but she’s super colorful and I envy people who can pull that off as my wardrobe is mostly black 😂 Her name is Gudrun Sjoden. I kind of like that folksy look she captures. Personally, I like to approach fashion as an art form while staying comfortable, so I’ll describe it using the words artistic but utilitarian, repurposed punk-vintage.

Great video and a bit different from what you usually do. Me, I wear a Mennonite style cape dress every day (though not the same one!) I would say my style is simple, handmade, and comfortable. But my Pinterest page is full of frilly layered things! I love to look at them even if I don't feel comfortable wearing them.

It is a part of you and not a ” surfade”, your creativity with what you have, and I love your outfits more than the fashion pictures, they are you and so warm.
I haven’t bought any new clothes since a long time, and it is both because of tight budget and being quite overweight. Must work with that.
I prefer comfortable and warm colours. What I have and what I can combine in an outfit.
Unfortunately I have too many clothes that are too small now because illness
and medication (and some comfort food) caused overweight.
