Dude, tons of RUclipsrs do this. CallMeKevin does it, as well. It's a basic editing technique. Video media has been doing it for ages now.
By your logic and the level of sense it makes, everyone stole the idea from reality.
In other words, it's not a stolen idea. It's a general thing people either implement or don't. I bet you misuse the word "plagerize," too. If someone uses the color green, is that stealing from someone else, too?

I love Neverwinter nights. I still have a laptop with Windows XP so I can still play games like Diablo 1 and 2, might and magic 6/7/8, baldurs gate 1 and 2, icewind dale, heretic, quake, doom, and duke nukem. I was born in 87 so I grew up in the best game era anyone could. No micro transactions and the games were released as a full version and greed wasn't a driving factor. It was truly the golden age of gaming.

So glad others are still playing these games, too...although I still feel old (born in '76). Am very glad to see games being made like those classics. It's been feeling like the gaming industry is going the way of Hollywood, putting crap out just to put it out. I agree those were the golden days!

As far as collecting runes, one of your big sources of runes is you right click looted gear and select the salvage option and it breaks down into runes.

If you go over the skill trees, Enshrouded is very much designed with the holy trinity design in mind (tank, healer, damage dealer). The melee trees (red colored) focus on durability, and there's a couple skills that cause you to generate tons of extra enmity (causing the enemy to focus you over your allies). The magic trees (blue colored) have a mix of damage and healer stuff (including an aura that grants constant health regen). The archer trees (green colored) seem to be primarily focused around doing damage with some pet utility (more ranger than archer, to be honest).

Hooooly shit Neverwinter Nights. That is, one of two games I consider my favorites of all time. It came out when I was super young, and thankfully my dad's just as big as a nerd as I am, so he was big into Bioware RPGs. Neverwinter Nights was one of my first real gaming experience, and my first real introduction to DND as a whole. I, love the game so, so much, and I'm so happy to hear you talk about it.

I'm surprised no one has compared this to Skyrim! I find it very Skyrim-ish!
I've played Doom, Doom 2, Doom 64, and the latest Dooms. I got hooked on EverQuest, and even dusted off my toon a couple years ago and played a bit again. Just didn't have the same "appeal". I left EQ and went into World of Warcraft, but found it too "cartoony" for lack of better term, although I had 2 characters at max level. I then went to Lord of the Rings Online, and really enjoyed that game. This game "could" also somewhat be compared to LOTRO.
My focus always seems to be in the "mage" area. EQ was a Mage, and I had a lesser toon as an assassin. When I started WoW, I was a healer. Then LOTRO I was a bard/healer, and had a separate toon that was more of an assassin. Of course, I saw the magical branch within this game, and started thinking about going that route...but I really want a tank this time.

Waited to watch because I didn't want to spoil my first experience with the game by seeing everything here, but now that I've played for several no-lifing days, I'm here for the series!
I'm thoroughly enjoying the game so far and apart from some glaring bugs (terrain holes, quest bugs, etc) it looks great! I have played every style at some point or another. In 7DTD I favor ranged/stealth, in Elden Ring I'm sword 'n board, in Enshrouded I'm going mage/healer. I guess I'm dating myself too in that I distinctly remember NWN as a young/mid teenager. I believe that was my first main introduction into D&D or roguelike RPGs. Definitely a lot of great fun playing that game, and I've still got the Platinum or Gold editions of both NWN and NWN2 around here in a box somewhere.

Thunderbrute is a lot easier with a bone wand. Plenty of time to dodge left and right before his ranged slam gets to you.
If you want to make any of those bone blocks you should probably break up any skeletons you find for the mats.
Pretty sure they made those capsules to instill the flame within you so that you could survive the shroud, but it took a really long time to do. From the notes you stayed in there longer than they had hoped.
Every time you log back in everything that isn't within the bounds of your base flames resets, including terrain deformation and chests.

Regarding your class question, I have been doing a bit of everything archery (piercing), fighter (slash and blunt), and magic. Different creatures have different weaknesses, so you almost have to be flexible at first to be really effective.
Additionally, I have read that at some point you can craft magic chests that allow for remote material pulling for crafting.

More furniture unlocks as you rescue the NPC's. The carpenter is the most useful but is the last one you'll unlock, in my understanding. He also makes magic chests so you can craft from chests in the future.

Neverwinter Nights, Neverwinter Nights 2, Icewind Dale, Baldur's Gate and Temple of Elemental Evil... All classic D&D based games that I absolutely adore. Sure, haven't played them in a long time but I grew up on them.. It's what made me into the DM I am today and explains why I adore character customization as much as I do.. Not in the sense of character design; meaning more so the build of the character; Example -- a badass sword wielding wizard (or sorc!) who focuses on buffs to himself and the party while being up in everything's face.
