Good tv series that had great fire safety tips.
lorne Greene was awesome.
This show aired early on Sunday nights. I think 7pm. Was family TV time in the household. Watched every episode. Was sad to see it go. I knew it taught me some important lessons, at the age of 6-7.

Used to watch Every Episode and when they re aired the show in 1995 on Fox Channel i think it was at 4am, always woke up and watched it

Im sure that Hawks lad Tony is one of the Lacey boys from Cagney & Lacey. Ace seeing in another role.
My older brother loved this show, I can't stand Andrew Stevens, so it was not on my watchlist as a kid.
I wondered why I never saw this series when it first sired.
Then I watched it. Even as a kid I knew a bad show when I saw it.

You're entitled to your opinion, but I disagree. In my opinion this show has charm, good acting and writing, and is just entertaining. Plus, if the safety tips it showed ever saved lives or property in real life, then it was worth it.
