This shit was insane. I owe a massive debt of gratitude to the couple that saved me and my boys hunkering under a tree a block from the venue. We were in the wide open when the hail hit, 1.2 miles from our AirBnb. I will be forever grateful for their kindness in driving us home, completely soaked. Emily and partner (wife?), we owe you everything!!!
I've lived in Utah and Colorado my entire life (47 years) and I've never seen anything like that before. PLENTY of flash-flood-causing downpours and storms that dumped six feet of snow, but never a damn hail hurricane. It was nuts.
This was so crazy. The venue saying seek shelter but giving zero instructions on where to go. Lots of people stuck in this situation and many uncovered through some of the event. Really sad.
We clung to the rail on the promise this was just a temporary pause in the show. LOL Utter madness! The only thing keeping this a good memory was the legendary double set they pulled off on Day 2. We got absolutely hammered in that hail.
We hid under a PBR banner. My head still hurts from that hail. Shame on security for not having a contingency plan in place with all those building around for adequate shelter from the storm
Me, the people I was with, and a few handful of people ducked under one of the covered CSB entrances and me and one of the people there shielded everyone else inside with a NOFX flag😂😂😂

@@MikeP2055 yeah dude I'm not sure I've ever seen something like that before here and it's been almost 12 years for me.
I was there and it was intense. I took my 17 year old kid and I'll never forget this experience.
We need the moisture
Good Tents 👍
Damn good!
We were huddle 50 deep under 3 beer tents. At least this was under giant industrial tents!! I didn't leave the Hell of South Florida for this shit!
Dude, I foolishly attempted to
Defy the storm, all was fine until I started getting pelted with icy rocks by in the head

Security really did a great job of doing nothing through this. It got pretty scary at a point. Grateful there were no serious injuries.
That was a wild storm! Really glad they had those tents...I think I was standing about 8 feet to your left.
My favorite part was everyone breaking into song. "Ole" and "Linoleum". That was awesome!

100%
Yes we did! I was the dude in the green kilt on the rail. Hail of a time 😅

We were at one of the buildings begging to let us in. They refused until someone broke in. They had no choice at that point.
I when and we where the the tent that was singing and it was crazy
And it only rains ice water in Colorado :)
“You were right- you said we were gonna get sh*t on, we got f*kn sh*t on” 💩
I have never seen it rain like that in Colorado before!!! This was absolutly insane...

We almost fucken died tryna find my car during this! Shout out to the couple that saved me n my girls life!
Was it a gmc terrain? Lol. I swear the whole concert cycled through our rental
Imagine being the guy who left their windows cracked
Yep my car was full of water
RIP
This feels like an old 2000’s camera vid; wild whiplash knowing this is a present day vid and moment lol
I didn't get home until 1am
that woulda been one hell of a snowstorm
I was standing at the stage during the entirety of this storm in hopes they’d still play. What a dumbass 😅
This shit right here was fucked! We had to take shelter in a Porta-shitter for like half an hour
Probably better than the tent. Water was like a couple inches deep
