Soo ready for summer. Wish I was here already. The dogs really are so happy, I love watching them run free. That’s why I want to build this sidecar, it’s for them!
Yayyy, I’m one of the ppl asking about Patreon 👏🏼 That’s a great looking “Hog” you just bought - can’t wait to see videos about your adventures on the road with your furballs! Now that you’re both working, I hope it doesn’t slow down your content creation! Your fan base will start having existential meltdowns if we can’t get a dose of “Modern Life” at least once a week….Cheers!
Hahaha I’ll do my best! Aiming for once a week and to still keep it interesting. I’m hoping we can do a little summer road trip in the side car with the dogs, that would be so fun and a great video. Thanks Robert!
Clean bike. I had a Evo in my 97 roadking. Not a lot of power, especially in the mountains but never had any problems. I’m sure it has that 4th gear transmission whine…. I think they all do.
Thanks! I do like the evo. I ride crazy powerful modern bikes for my job, so I enjoy the slower cruising pace and sound of the old Harley. I also have an 88 evo tourglide that will be posted for sale now. It’s a beauty but can’t keep ‘em all. I haven’t heard a 4th gear whine from either of them yet, but now that you’ve mentioned it, I won’t be able to miss it, so thanks hahaha 🤣
Oh yeah! Brother, I can relate to what it feels like to Work for the Man too! Glad you found the Harley to hook up the side car. Looks like the previous owner took real good care of it. That's going to be a sight to see when you, Esther and the 2 dogs rumble & roll down the boulevard on the Harley & side car. Good to see you and Esther are doing better after all the ups and downs. How long have you and Esther been married? Or is that a question for Esther? Ha Ha! Wives/ women tend always KNOW (just in case there's a pop-quiz), and keep track of years, and sometimes down to the months, weeks and days! Take care!
Haha yeah I can’t wait to have my dogs and woman with me out on the road, on my Harley! What a dream. I need to figure out some sort of trailer so we can bring it with us on adventures. And I believe (about 90% sure) that Esther and I are coming up on 10 years this November. We are still yet to be married on paper, but we’ve had our own informal eternal commitments while alone together in a very far away and beautiful place. And it felt more real than any wedding I’ve ever been to. We are connected on an unimaginably deep level. I love her so much - STILL - and love our life together. (Notice I said our - there is no ‘my’ anymore haha 😂)
Chocolate ❤. Can't eat much of it due to gut issues though 😢. Workwise, doing like you, working to accumulate money then head south, might be a good plan once I build a van. My work is seasonal, winter is pretty much dead. Freezing my ass non stop in Quebec winter sucked hard, the last few years. I miss going you Florida for a month and go watch rocket launches during winter!
Opening scene.... oh no , I've worked all day and now I'm going to watch this guy work . Pleasantly surprised to see the Harley and then some 'Coastal ' action. Thanks for getting away from the jobsite. Bike with sidecar does sound awesome. I had a '82 FXE Shovel. Solo seat . No room for any passengers. It was fun. Fixed it up , rode it around then sold it. I liked the fixing part. Next bike for me , probably small pit bike. Right now my '65 Schwinn will do. Off to bed . Work tomorrow. Road trip 5/15. Have fun / drive crazy.
Haha yeah I just had Esther along with me that day, so thought I’d get her to film a little. But last thing I want to film is work! Shovels a great bikes, it’s on my dream list for the ‘one day’. I really like the fixing part too, almost more than the riding these days. Time in the garage is precious when you actually have to time to be there.
That’s a nice Soft tail. It looks to be in excellent condition. My experience is that older people that are into classic high end bikes and cars, really take excellent care of their toys so chances are, it’s probably up to speed with maintenance. A very good friend of mine bought a brand new soft tail around the mid 90’s. He loved it but eventually sold it as he wasn’t using it as much but he loved it. I’m looking forward to seeing the side car with Esther and the dogs. That should be fun! Glad things are going well and thanks for sharing. Oh, how does one sign up to do the patreon? I’m not familiar with how to do that.
Yeah, I really look for those type of owners when buying a bike. In the years ahead, classics will be coming up quite often as the older generation age out of their ownership. I hope I can find a nice old truck to haul us around one day too. And I can’t wait to see Esther in the side car, it’s going to be a lot of fun. Will need to figure out a trailer or something so we can bring it with us on adventures. And I will ask Esther to reply to this comment too about patreon, as I, like you, have no idea haha
Working slows every one up but we all must do it we will wait till yall get back to videos thanks for sharing your life’s with us
You Two are great. RV looks great with prior changes & with all the repairs, you’ll have a smooth drive.
It’s running pretty good, there’s always something that needs to be repaired or improved in my eyes, and I enjoy the upgrades.
Thanks!
Randall good on ya buddy, thanks for posting.
Thank you, mate!
Enjoyed your video. The dogs looked truly happy chasing each other. Cool bike; enjoy! I am ready for summer activities.

Can you guys camp overnight at that Beach spot?? Nice score on the Bike😊
Technically not, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Parking tickets will still be cheaper than rent :/
6:43 Who is this fellow that is walking a cat? Truly he is the Beastmaster. 🤣 yeahhh I know it's not.

Try watching "Sharing the wild". He is Canadian living in a mini van. He does a lot of very nice photography.
Nice, I will check it out! Thank you!

Offf a QC winter would be brutal! Save up the $$ and get out of there, it’s so much better haha

Hej god video hilsen fra heino ha en go dag
Nice ride! Will you get a trailer to take the bikes on your next migration south?
I am thinking something like a enclosed box trailer. Definitely want to bring them all! Would love cruising around Quartzsite in a sidecar!
Can you do a video of you at work?👍👍
Possibly. Maybe Esther can film me one day
