@saltydog4333 severance is actually the general rule when firing employees as protection from potential future lawsuits. Only in the event of severe misconduct (e.g. criminal indictment) would some companies feel comfortable to forego severance.
@@dasc0yne arrests tend to be a deciding factor to. It depends on whatever paperwork they signed when they were hired. Given the company involved I can't imagine legalities are going to get them much if anything at all.
