OMG, I remember when I advised you a year ago to do a chop and a couple of know it all folks challenging me. Look at you now with its thickness. I told you it would flourish and I’m glad you listened.
I do 6 weeks in extensions. Wash at 3 weeks and keep it moisturized with oils and leave in conditioner every couple days. Rinse conditioner through it every couple weeks.5 months is extreme. Keep it strong with deep conditioning treatments at least every 6 to 8 weeks.
No judgment, but I can't go that long without washing my hair. I'm so scared of dryness and breakage from the dryness. I protective style braids/cornrows and wash weekly so I'm afraid of matting, I can go 6 weeks without matting, but I'm going to see if I can push it to two months maximum.
Same, I wash weekly. Sometimes regardless you can smell your scalp especially around spring or summer months. I use a baby shampoo so it’s not so stripping. But to gentle cleanse my scalp. I don’t use a ton of products. So I honestly don’t get build up. But, hair needs water it’s like a garden.
My braids will be in 2 months on the 21..was gone take them out..exactly on that day..but take down videos like these is inspiring me to go even longer !! Thank you so much for sharing this!! I will be doing a take down 👇 video as well
Ur Sis n law had me screamin, she a mess😂🤣.. Ur hair looks really healty..FYI, don't keep cutting ur crown .. the top may be the weakest of all ur scalp at least mine is.. try to do clump loose twist on the shortest spots ,don't touch them 4 a while only for messages and condition.. I wish u all the best God Bless and stay safe MJD
Next time use oil or conditioner to take down your style. I always recommend after a long time protective style before heat styling use a protein treatment. Great video though! A dermaroller and a good quality growth oil will work for your edges and nape.
Honesty, I think if you had washed it then it would have matted more because of shrinkage. Not saying what you did was correct or anything. This should have never happened but I suffer from depression though so I’m not trying to be harsh…

That shed hair is normal, you've retain alot of length and thickness
January 18 is my birthday 🎉😂❤
I love that 😂🥰
Yeah next time wash it with the braids in there’s videos on how to do it
We have similar hair
That’s not 14 inches
y’all pls wash and condition your protective styles…the dead skin dust etc is bad for your aura lol
I need to stop watching these videos. It’s ruining my challenge. I want now to blow dry them 😩😩😩
Lol these videos motivate me. I’m aiming to do 90 days aka 3 months of braid down. But I wash my hair with baby shampoo once or twice a week.
Hey hun like your video but slow some of the content down it was too fast some of us like long videos and to actually see what is being done
Okay, no problem, I’ll show it down next time for you guys! Thank you for watching! ☺️
Damm so beautiful still ❤❤
Thank you!!!!
Now you are too pretty to be going around with dirty stanky hair! Anyone with unwashed hair for 5 months…. Yeah it stank!!
Que mugreanda mmm bueno no hay necesidad de tanta cochinada en tu cabello
Your edges has an allergic reaction from the glue or wigs.
Too long
I don't get that much build up because I wash and condition my hair every week or every other week with cornrows in my head. 🪶🏹🪮🌎🧬
