Putting WAY too much power into silly tiny vehicles is simply wonderfully entertaining. You get to work on it constantly when stuff breaks....you get to scare wimmens and chillens, and the cops will hate your guts. It's a completely American thing to do. Well done good sir!
The cheap Purple gun from Harbor Freight is fine for that type of spraying, they used to go on sale for $10ea, I'd go and buy a bunch of them, and at only ten bucks each you could afford to throw them away after one or two uses and always have a fresh new gun to use and never worry about cleaning or waste $$$ on Lacquer thinner to clean your guns............. Regular Dyna-mat (and all the stinger and other copycats) has sticky black tar stuff on the one side, if you slit it, and poke the belts thru they will get WRECKED
Alright im gonna let you in on a little secret. So i got my first street bike when i was 18. My baby momma bought it for my 18th birthday when we were still together. Im 37 on the 11th of August. Since that 2006 r1 raven ive owned 11 R1, i ride a 2020 r1m every day. Ive had a gsxr 750 and 1000, 2 'busas, Ducati 1098 tre culari, 799, 999, i traded my 1198 in for my r1m the maintenance was killing me. I built full exhaust for every bike from the ports to the cans. I use graves cans on my yammies, yoshi on my zukes, akropovik on my dukes. I gained 22 horsepower and 19 lbft on my 'busas building the exhaust the way imma bout to tell you. I went 2 inch on the primaries, port matched the head. I went 2 into 1 3" floval tubing from vibrant 6 inches from the head. I run those 2 into 1, 4 inch floval. That 4 inch i make an adapter to attach via exhaust springs to the muffler. That's with no tune. I had a 2009 and 2012 bus, i transfered the exhaust from the 09 to the 12. Then i tuned the 12 for the exhaust. She picked up 25hp and over 30lbft. I dont know why, i just know that layout has worked for every single I4 street bike I've ever owned. They sound way throatier low to mid and absolutely scream up top. Give it a try man. It seriously works.
harbor freight spectrum or the cheap $15 spray gun both work very well i have about 90 gallons through the cheap purple one and about 300 gallons through the spectrum ~$15 purple vs $100 spectrum for spraying more then just primer its really worth the small amount of extra money to get a quality sprayer
Man.. just pump the content out.. drop shorts every chance you get..your quality of builds should get plenty of attention and bring in the subs.. you could easily get a million in my opinion.. keep'em comin..
new word of the day "addicting"...... (Addictive :P) GREAT build bro. Been waiting for this to be done. See what you do with this. Its defiantly an eye popper.
Derek from Vice Grip Garage has some videos with inexpensive paint guns. Look in the restoration parts for the paint episodes. If I can get some 912s, one is missing an engine, I will Hayabusa swap the one without the engine. I want to see what it can do.
Man this just popped up on my feed and I've watched 3 episodes back to back I'm subscribed lol😂 your attention to detail amazing 👏 I'd say you have a background in automotive engineering 👌
Harbor Freight makes a pretty decent High volume / low pressure paint gun & it’s priced right . Been using mine over 10 years now , and as long as you clean it out properly will give you many years of use too. Love the build , and can only imagine the looks from other motorists out on the road .😆😎👍
as always dude.. love your endurance on this one~! i'm doing similar today! lots of prep lots of tig. keep on cheese wedging my friend...! i have a new cheat in the workshop (i extrended my vapour blasting cables) makes a right mess but i can now weld prep outside the cabinet!!! seriously vapour blasting and drying it out before welding game changer!! everything looks so much more pro! thats my recent finding of my own. I think it's time you tackle what you really really want to build.. f- the algorithm
Think you used the same rustoleum yellow that I used on my metro… only difference is it took me weeks and the video is almost an hour long lol! Looks phenomenal brother!
Consider an Electric Wagner Power Sprayer. Multi purpose and they work great. I've painted a ton of things and every car has came out beyond expectations. Great lil Cheese wedge man it's killer. Luv to see it on Road Ralley Course
Damn Vasily, you always build some bad ass machines! I have been watching your videos for awhile now and I can honestly say that I haven’t seen a video from you that hasn’t been fun and entertaining, keep up the good work man. You always bring us all such quality content and I love seeing your fabrication skills continue to keep getting better as well as watching your channel grow too!
You gotta extend those front A-arms to match or at least come to within a couple inches of the rear track width of that glorious Wedge....it looks like a straight death trap being so skinny up front like it's going to tip in a hard corner, and if this thing was widened up, it would be an absolute _weapon_ of a street machine, corner carving monster. Do something with that roof, if it's vinyl, dye it black or something, and either paint the back black or finish it off in yellow. Get some LED taillights and signals on that thing and a horn so it's legit, build a little aluminum sheet metal firewall between you and the engine with a plexiglass window up top so you still have rearwards visibility. And either make a plexiglass rear "louvered" window (plexiglass, cut 2-3" slats lengthwise, split down the middle, with tint, so it looks like black louvers, but you can still see out of it through your windowed firewall) or make some aluminum slatted louvers for the rear "window". And please, don't kill that thing going off-road with it, it's entirely too cool and is literally a car, drive it like one lol... IDK if you really have that thing registered and insured, but if you don't....DO IT! That thing could be the sickest street ripper ever if you work on it like a car instead of a toy or recreational vehicle....if you actually put some time into that thing and built and finished it to a "high standard"...that one little car could literally blow up your channel if you seriously cleaned it up... you have the skill set to do so, but you could literally reach out to like, Larry Chen or some of those other guys in the industry, they'd come out, they'd see this fantastically built little Hayabusa powered EV Wedge all wide and stretched out for handling, with a nice clean interior with the gauges blended into the dash wrapped in alcantera or flocked(probably be easier), and you'd blow up..... and please, after stretching out the front track to match the rear, let's get that thing a custom fiberglass widebody and nose fitted...just wide 80s style fenders, a wide sill maybe with Testarossa style side gills, a nose that continues the shape towards the ground with a little shaped lower lip that matches the sills with an opening for the radiator(split the bumper so it's not hidden), and then a little dope fiberglass "ducktail" up on top in matching paint.... and then add a second set of round LED taillights so there'd be 4 like some Ferrari's.... trust me, it would be ridiculously sick.... and little fiberglass molded side mirrors. If I had this thing, this is what I would do, and I'd get rid of that antenna and remove, fiberglass over, and replace with better looking, much smaller and appealing side markers if necessary lol
Lemmer makes some great cheap guns. I use a Lemmer 910G and 910S every day. No rubbers in it, makes them easy to clean as well. As an industrial painter, they sure do the trick. The 910S is probably over budget for most people though. The G is the same gun but gravity fed.
Bro, Awesome! 1st. Legalize wheelies! Hell yeah. I got a ticket for riding a wheelie on my Yamaha RD 350, back in '79. The lady police called it, Exhibition of Acceleration. 2nd. Bro, they made the mistake of showing us the double chain kit. Build that S yourself! 3rd. You should have used my design for the rear suspension. Remember, 2 Hayabusa, drag race, long swing arms? 4th. On painting. Always start at the top. Way easier to control the amount of paint being applied. No runs. Always have a light source. Sun, drop light or whatever. Apply paint while looking at the reflection of the light. Look at an angle. You're trying to put on enough paint to thoroughly wet the area. So, technically, you are pushing a puddle of paint around. Enough to make it shiny, but not enough for a run. Run past the area being painted. Don't just stop on the edge. Keep your can/fun the exact same distance from the surface. No curved/arced swings. When you get the light bouncing trick down, you will be amazed at the quality of the jobs that you can do. Years ago, I used to paint my Super Bee race car with a DeVibliss house painting gun. And got surprisingly good results. Practice on some cardboard or something. Watch that over spray it will kill your shine. Heck, that thing is so small, some wet sanding with some 1,000 to 2,000 grit sandpaper and then, polishing compound or automotive wax. Bam!
They Psycho Slice.... 🧀💨 👀😮😂 Edit: 9:20 - Obviously he's never heard of Milkjug.... If you don't know, I suggest you look it up. It's important life information to know of its existence... LoL 😂
Most DEFINITELY and probably WONT have to get “the big boy” (521) drag bike out. It will be AWESOME COnTEnt to wipe all the dust off of the drag bikes and GO STRAIGHT TO THE SPOT💨⚙️🏁 to WHooP and beat the rocker arms COMPLETELY OUT of thar 4-STroKe

Love the yellow. Although I'm not sure about it being a cheese wedge. Reminds me more of a twisted SpongeBob or some angry Minion lol. Especially with those headlights looking like eyes.
I painted the car on my IG (same name) with a 30 dollar harbor freight gun and two crappy 110v harbor freight compressors running into a Y (used a triple connect backwards) under two popup tents in the wind in my driveway. As long as the gun is setup well it works great. I didn’t even clean it after, just threw it in the trash.
I got no cheap spray guns for you but have a look into the langmuir crossfire pro it is a plasma cutting table it will save you a bunch of time and the parts you can produce will look awesome.
Buy every cheap hvlp gun with 1.4 mm nosle for pretemuch every rust paint. Only what you need is making it less sticky witch acetone. And if you want to put paint primer buy second gun with 1.6 mm nosle. Just trust me it's better than cleaning the gun and changing the nosle. I’ve been loving this build series, it gave me the motivation to start fixing my citicar after a few years of sitting in the garage.
Hayabusa are the new predator 212 a word from a wise man
Get some cheese holes decals, and this thing will be mint. 🤣

the only thing that would make this thing even more sick is if you made a massive chassis mounted wing up the back!...perfection!
This is the sickest build right now. Cant wait to see it done.
It's gotta be nuts driving this with such a short wheelbase and so much power.
You've had my subscription for a while now, and I enjoy your videos! All I can say is " awesome, awesome, awesome" thank you very much. Ray

need to move your connecting point for the harness up that way if you ever get into a crash it doesn't compress your spine but good job on the build

Sounds absolutely amazing. Wonder what the top speed is?
Harbor freight hvlp paint sprayer...cheap and works great for diy ER...painted old garden tractors and a vehicle...works great for me.
Love this little car 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Put the angry fighter plane eyes on each side! If you want a cheap gun, def get the one from harbor freight or the one Casey's customs got from temu

Sick build
It needs decals and tint can't wait when you install the turbo
Citicar with a box bed. Cititruck would be cool.
You need a Hambugerl costume to drive the mustard and ketchup Mc D's drive though special 😋
Its cool. Id love to drive it!
You should extended the back one for more comfortability two it would make it more stable and it's a rear-wheel drive it looked cool as a truck
Bravo my friend!
good stuff
Hey Vasily, your a boss
Well done!
I sold mine during the ya know, it was blue and awesome!
Lowkey kinda wanna see a trailer hitch on it for no reason

This is the answer to our all electric vehicle mandates! When California says NO MORE GAS this easy to register, no emissions required electric vehicle will sell to some motorhead with high octane pumping through his veins for $145K.
And it has one heck of a passing gear.
All it needs is a masiv wing on the back
Make the exo out of titanium if you can afford it. It would be so light 👍
I'm willing to bet if they used streetbike motors instead of the ev powerplant they would have sold more cheese wedges
HAh! Called it. Still think it should have been wrap to look like a real wedge of cheese. Love that its becoming a reality!!
Sick bro new sub here I wana put a zx1000 in a smart car but don’t know how to do the rear axle
Try a Binks pump and gun.
Cheese wedge, you did it!
I wonder if you could add a Front EV motor and gain AWD and use it for reverse too.
Gotta get rich rebuilds on this
What would be cooler, an 800cc two stroke crosskart
Or a 600-1000cc street bike engine crosskart
add some break lights, head lights, turn signals and it would be street legal
My gen 1 busa is florescent yellow, and blue
@vasily get an arcdroid dude !!
Harbour Freight Black widow is a great cheap paint gun
