      Cinnamon Roll Recipe
      Dough:
      Dry Ingredients:
      6 Cups of All Purpose Flour
      ½ Cup of Granulate White Sugar
      ½ teaspoon of Kosher Salt
      1 Tablespoon of instant yeast
      1 pinch of Nutmeg
      Wet ingredients:
      ¾ Cup of Whole Milk
      ½ Cup of Sour Cream
      4- Whole Large Eggs
      2 Tablespoons of Vanilla Bean Paste
      ½ Cup of Unsalted, Room Temperature Butter
      Cinnamon Sugar Mix:
      1 Cup of light brown sugar
      2 Tablespoons of Cinnamon
      Cream Cheese Frosting:
      (half the recipe if you don’t want a second layer)
      8 Tablespoons of unsalted, room temperature butter
      16 oz. of Cream Cheese
      8 Cups of Sugar
      4 teaspoons of lemon Juice
      4 Tablespoons of Vanilla Bean Paste
      4 Tablespooons of Whole Milk
      ½ teaspoon of kosher salt

      Doesn’t have to be this exact size, good size would be 18” x 12” x 3”
      For this batch I used a casserole 9” x 13” x 3”
