for anyone having issue opening cap, these days they are adding a "child protector" casing, ontop of the actual cap, so you have to take a screwdriver and break the top part where it has holes, so you can open the actual cap. Dont worry it wont damage or break the refill.
It really shouldn't take destroying that protector bit to open it. It should be like the caps for cough medicine where you push down then twist it off. I thought I just had a dodgy cap at first but I tried all 6 from the pack and none would open. Wrecking it with q screwdriver is the way to go. Dumb and annoying but got there in the end.

Put warm water and mix Is organic Apple cited vinegar Either put your dog's paws in there until the yeast is healed up in between your dog's toes because that's the smell they have yeast inside that or look it up how to get rid of the Cheetos smell in your dog's paws naturally

Yes! Just pop off the plastic top of the refill bottle (I used the end of a bobby pin to help) and fill the bottle with any essential oil you want. I tried to use water with it, and that didn't work. So just use essential oil.
I read an Amazon review, and one buyer stated that batteries don't last too long. The buyer stated that hers only lasted two days, and then she had to replace the batteries. If this is true, then rechargeable batteries may be a better investment-this is my opinion only.

The stupidest thing a man could come up with. Extremely bad way to open the bottle. It's as if the children can't wait to play with this and open it. it could be a bad unit, make sure batteries are install correctly and turn the switch all the way off and back to max it should send out a puff of sent.
Alot of these are defected people have to keep returning and keep buying. If you do get one that wrks initially boom in no time u will have to be researching ways to fix it makes no sense im done with these.
I'm so disappointed. I love the fragrances. Unfortunately the clasps that hold the bottle in place and not tight enough. I've bought seven in total. The same problem. The clasps are not tight enough to hold the bottle in place. I no longer purchase these. I really loved them. I'm just so disappointed.
I converted mine into a USB powered ( this device works on 4 1/2 volts just like the cell phones- splice a cell phone plug put (+) & (-) and you save $ on batteries

I use a combo of iodine and water on my pups. I use a little nail brush to gently wash between their toes

Yes pull the wick out gentle it's glides right out and change ur fragrance I do it often
