INGREDIENTS:
1 pound beef tenderloin/sirloins
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic - minced
1 big can, champignon mushroom slices
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
ground black pepper
Green onions, chopped -optional

Can I ask why do you add oyster sauce to a meat dish and can it be left out as I’m not a lover of it
to gove it more flavor and make the sauce silkier. And yes you can omit it you like..:)

It will only become hard if you overcook it. :)
