Shining a player above you as Fox to send them back upwards is pretty situational and probably only comes from practice in order to extend a combo, as opposed to shine usually being used to either start or end combos. That's usually more of a Falco thing to use it mid combo.
This was a myth that everyone really wanted to see in action. Fortunately they actually managed to do it somehow with the perfect positioning and timing
