Playing a Corpo in my third playthrough. First one was Nomad, then Street Kid. Finally got the hat trick.
I think nomad is the way to go 1st not really knowing the city and going into a huge new world if you think about it all of us are basically nomads on our 1st play through any way lol

I am so curious to see this company in full force in their sadism and the family drama that plagues the world of Night City and makes everyone miserable. Another great video from LKM, the member of the cyber gang of 4! 😃
I always find it weird where everybody brings up the modern Arasakas without bringing up Firestorm. Because Yorinobu got hit with a Soulkiller variant and put on a server for brainwashing that he might have gotten rescued from, and Kei committed Seppuku. It serves as an alternate origin for Yorinobu entering into the family business that really highlights the dangers Soulkiller could provide outside the obvious. Of course, all of that is only of dubiously canonical, but most of the information you gave was from a 2020 splat anyway, so it's 50 years out of date and only useful for historical context.
Well, I mean, all inventions like from the stone age are pretty irrelevant by today's standards too. But knowing the history of something is always fascinating, the Arasaka family is no different.
Kei might not have any relevance in this new game, but it's nice to learn about him here.

@@logbobtom1234 you've still got arasaka and the tiger claw to deal with tho. Plus, if you kill yoronobu the steel dragons will come after you too. So it's better to deal with one threat first before you try taking on another one.

@@logbobtom1234 not really. Unless you have subdermal armor enemies will kill you in a couple of hits.
My plan will be to first get rid of tiger claw then if I have to I'll kill yoronobu after taking down arasaka.

Would love to see Hanako and Michiko in the game. With them, and Saburo and Yorinobu there's so much potential.
@Templar Knight I'd figure Saburo and Hanako wouldn't leave Japan. But seeing her in video chats or even just an updated image of how she looks now. Idk, a brief history on what she did with Arasaka. Keeping my expectations low, but I'd like it.
Michiko, I figured she must be in the game in Night City. It'd only make sense since both Red and the World of Cyberpunk 2077 book mention her having at least a little bit of power of the corporation. Maybe it's Yorinobu vs Michiko?
Maybe Hanako and Yorinobu are still in contact trying to bring down Arasaka. Your guess is as good as mine, speculating excites me sometimes.

nothing so far, but the podcast is this Sunday on my channel, we shall see what happens.
Will we be seeing any type of hostile animal varieties out in the bad lands ?
Not really, most of the organic animals are extinct and there might be something small but even that is very rare.

Hmmm. Never mind then about those two, but does bring to question about who actually is. I'm thinking the lady driving in the car in the Nomad path as V sits shotgun. I think she is the one V calls for help in locating his smuggling contact, who is Jackie. Also the lady in Lizzy's bar during that Dexter Dishaun(?) mission

Yorinobu has a thing going with the Mox member we meet Evelyn or something. So maybe not.
I heard that we use her brain dance to plan to steal the chip. I'm thinking she only had sex with him just so she could be in the same room as the chip to plan to steal it using brain dance. Also, if our tech skill is high enough, we learn from that BD what temp we need to store the chip

Look up Cyberpunk 2020 & Cyberpunk Red . You can find your answers there.....
... the Cyberpunk tabletop RPG is from 1988; all of these lores are from that game. With the hype this game is getting, it's still surprising that there are people who still aren't aware of the history behind this genre.
Look at the Cyberpunk fandom wiki. It's a series that's lasted 30 years now, with 30 plus books. So there's a lot to talk about.

@@rensten4893 I've used the wiki before, the people in charge are hell bent on accurate information. Plus, I'm pretty sure not everyone is willing to buy multiple books so visiting a wiki to find out its a long running series, is a safe bet.
