Thx for the video. But you missed two visits: 1. You can visit Rost BEFORE fighting your way to mothers watch. and 2. (That's my favourit visit): If you defeat the Thunderjaw (and talk to Varl if you like) and go back to Rost's grave BEFORE walking in the mountain to visit Eluthia there is a very intense speech from Aloy to Rost.
also, what she first said to Rost also depends on your choice when Rost said goodbye. I chose "good riddance" and the cutscene when she came back to his grave broke me. :(
She does. This Video misses TWO possible visits: One before fighting the Thunderjaw to get to allmother/Eluthia and one right after killing that thunderjaw and BEFORE walking into that mountain. At the first of this two visits Aloy says just that the sacred land has been attacked and that she have to fight her way though to see the place of her birth but that she wanted to see Rost first. If you walk all the way back after killing the Thunderjaw and before walking in the mountain, Aloy tells Rost that she can go in there now but won't do that yet. Tells him that she believes that Sylens is right and that there is no one waiting for her. Telling Rost that she HAD TO see him before seeing that machine that made her and how much she misses him is enough for me to believe that she never saw anything else but her father in Rost. Just depends on how important visiting Rost's grave is to the player ;)
Oh, I didn't know about the one after the Thunderjaw but before the mountain. Wow, will have to do that one next time! I did randomly find out about the one during the siege on the sacred land, and that one just pulled at my heart strings. She wanted to see him, to make sure everything was okay, amidst all the destruction.
@@AuroraXA There's also a dialogue (not sure at which point of the game) that she almost calls rost father when talking about him to someone else, but then she sort of corrects herself
It is where you start the game as adult Aloy. If you got the the starting area, look at the top left, you should see a fast travel point and a rock thing on the map. That rock is the grave of Rost.
if you do most of the quest before come back and visit the grave, she would actually said that she sorry for taking so long to visit him.
Ayakashi Hadate that happened to me, I didn’t think there was a grave for him
it would be nice if we can actually go back to Rost again after it ends. Tell him that she did it, he would so proud. :')

Fraukie oh I completely missed that! What does she say during that visit?

@@ilikedetectives Why did you choose good riddance? That choice makes her come off kinda bitchy to be honest.
@@1993Southparkfan because I wanted to hear what she got to say since I chose "I will find you" on my first playthrough
Fraukie What does she say when she beats the Thunderjaw?
gosh... everytime she says ''Rost'' a part of me wants her to say ''Father''
she never said father right?
@@GTRMclaren722 jep :o
Missed one: If you make her final sentence to Rost "good riddance" then there is a really sad couple of lines that she says for her first visit :'(
Previously on Horizon: Zero dawn!
I had no idea Rost even had a grave :P
Would it kill her to at least let Rost feel like a father? She owed him that much...
She does.

in the Nora area look for a mountain where there will be an icon that looks like a thumb with its fingerprint, that is the grave
