I disconnected my WAN cable from my old router and reconnected to the AX50 and there is NO connection?

Check to ensure you connected to the WAN port on the AX50 and after you reset it, plug an Ethernet cable directly into one of the ports and connect a device to it (laptop/pc) then test again.

Thank you for the feedback. Definitely hard to record things properly without a tripod. I'm looking at several with lights included so I can progressively improve my recording quality.
