    Need to try those.I LOVE bent over rows.But I am a high rep.lower weights girl and my spine can feel taxed doing them.Great alternative!🙏🏻💪🏻

      He's referring to the position of your spine and core. Yes, all exercises are anti gravity on the target muscles, but with an exercise like a bent over barbell row, the spine and core are also resisting gravity. This leads to systemic fatigue, especially in high rep ranges, which is what Mike is referring to here

      Chest supported rows just make sure it’s only the back muscles your trying to work are resisting gravity, not a generally bigger part of your body
