If it worth doing it's worth doing right. The minute you think " ahh no one will see this, it'll be fine like that" the quality of the build drops exponentially. But yes it sure can be hard covering up nice work. 😎😁
I have to say that people like you make the world a better place, one fabulous fabrication at a time! Thanks for your patience, taking time to explain what you do for your lucky customers! I'm a Mopar guy by nature, but I love what you do with those Fords! EXCELSIOR!
Clecos are lovely things...so much better than using self-tappers! Always love to see you fabricate panels...the way that small panel on the passenger side fit so snugly with the firewall was really impressive. And I see Kev already hacked his ankle bracelet...he better hope the FBI doesn't see this vid or he's heading back to Leavenworth

Someone found the go fast pedal on the camera! Hey sorry about Kevin don't try to hit him with a hammer the next time he'll be all right you'll be able to turn up
Nice job on the firewall. Do you have a recommendation on ways to remove the shock towers that is still performance oriented? My 66 is not a race car so not worried about class rules but I will do track days with it. And thinking about a Coyote swap, need to make room for those big heads.
You need to put a Mustng ll front end in it. Heidts and TCI are my go to. There's also a Canadian Company called Welder Series that are well priced but a little more work. Thanks for watching!! Also I'm going to be putting a Coyote in a 67Cougar soon so that will worth watching for you.
If you had a English wheel you could have shaped the bellhousing radias back into the gearbox tunnel ( just an observation) not to criticise i think you do terrific work all the best i suppose its only a mustang😂😂😂😂😂
Great work brother. I have a question what is the stuff called that goes on the roof and between the headliner I need to get some for my 72 chevelle project 🤔
You can use Jute which is just the underfelt that goes under the carpet. Also there are a number of foam self adhesive products out there just make sure it's lightweight otherwise it will fall off in the summer heat with gravity. Don't use the tar based stuff like Dynamat up there
Enjoy your videos, I go past your shop every day on my way to work. Always like to see what you are working on, keep up the good work, best regards.
Oh, do I have my first stalker🤣. Seriously though drop in and say hi sometime
Great work as usual 😎👍
Think your Lark may need a bit of this treatment.....
@@kiwiclassicsandcustoms9160 right…
Bead rolls on that sheet metal and all that nice fabrication! Sure you want to hide it behind a greasy old engine?😁

Kia Ora cuz 😁 I've never sported a Mullet I'm from Auckland not West Auckland mate😂

Excellent workmanship. And what a bonus for the owner, seeing exactly what's being done to his beautiful car.
Thanks! The owner really loves the videos! Thanks for watching
Sweet.. awesome job 🤠👍

I'm starting to think this is going to cost the customer more than $1500. Fantastic work!

Kiwi your a wealth of knowledge ! And a true craftsman 💯
Thanks !! And thanks for watching
Great work and video. You should train Kev to fetch the fallen Clico fasteners
He's hard to train. Only been able to train him to "stay" so far.......
Loving this content Kiwi !!
You should have 250k subs!
Glad your enjoying it and I hope your right about the subs😁👍
Looks good 👍
Thanks man
Subscribed Kiwi. Appreciate your attention to detail and expertise. Cheers.
Welcome aboard!!
That’s awesome
Thanks man!!
that's some nice metalwork you got going on there, i'm a big fan of Cad as well!!
😁 yes it's the way to go
Great work custom fabricating a firewall for this car! It is professional looking 👍🏁
I try and make it look as factory as I can! Thanks!
Someone found the go fast pedal on the camera! Hey sorry about Kevin don't try to hit him with a hammer the next time he'll be all right you'll be able to turn up
Yeah Kev loves to be in front of the camera .....😁
How about a video of your early years in New Zealand learning your trade with a few photos of what you were able to produce.
That would take some digging through boxes of of old pics. Not a bad idea though......
clearly a pro modification

Is this the low Dollar engine swap gone wrong car?
Yes it is. It's coming right though😁
Nice fabrication. Is the barracuda project back in storage? You do great work.
No not in storage, but having to wait a bit till I can get caught up😬
GeeZuss ! So much fabrication for this engine relocation, but you do such awesome work, I hope the owner can afford all this work? - lol
Ahhhh it's just 9 1/2 mins on video right....
Thanks man!

"It's only a Mustang" thems fightin words 😉😂🤣
Kev must be half-blind by now.
He slept through most of it...
👍🏻🇦🇺
👍😎
“It’s just a simple engine swap” 🤣😂😅 lol, really?
Yeah not so much!! 😬
Very nice work Kiwi.
About how much time in fabrication and fitting do you have in this part?
Take care, Ed.
Probably a day in the firewall
@@kiwiclassicsandcustoms9160 OK, Thank you Kiwi. Take care, Ed.

18 gauge
