I love how modders have given so much content for Smash 64, part of the reason is how these characters get adapted and reimagined, like a dream come true.

to access him early u got to go to 12 character battle select custom and hover over the characters and press d pad down and he should appear (but he only works in vs mode )
That remix of the battle theme goes so crazy actually
I love how faithful he is to his ps1 model, smash 64’s modding scene is really impressive

Cloud is already a part of the Ryu and Ken mod since the Cloud mod will be an update to the Ryu and Ken mod! Oh yeah, the creator making this mod is also the one who made Ryu and Ken so uuh

alllllrighty, as a kazuya player, I have some comments, playtesting, and suggestions.
first and foremost, HEY! you did change the intro animations of ryu and ken! thanks! I'm the guy who asked for that smoke adjustment a year ago! thanks vere'much! still don't like playin' as 'em sadly. I got better with ganondorf through remix, got better with wolf, but the streets, still nada. thanksa again, for what it's worth.
on to business, kaz. first and foreemost, where IS the demon? not awakened, That's where! THIS, I can tell, is tekken 1 kaz. THAT, is ambitious. so, what do we have intead of the devil? well, you have moved all the back attacks to BE the smash attacks, I, kinda like this! kinda. some thoughts.
if you look at flash tornado (forward smash) in ultimate, he crouches down, then shifts his leg forward to get some distance forward, which I think could be added in here, as it's a _bit_ short range right now.
back jump lick isn't backing up. PMEX(soon to be REX) had this exact same problem, so I'll guess 64 has the same "can't move backwards" problem, it's fine I guess. leg animation is a bit wonky though.
down smash though... eeehhhhh, I dunno. don't get me wrong, demon scissors ACTUALLY laying you out is GREAT, and what I wish ultimate did for his down air! as it is though... you know piano? piano's down air rockets it down to the ground like in ultimate. if that code was used for kaz, you could switch out the down smash for nejiri uraken (ultimate down tilt) and put the scissors as down air!
UNLESS, either nejiri isn't IN tekken 1, or worse, doing what i just said would cause a lot of technical problems. if the former, forgive me my tekken 1 knowledge must be corrected. if the latter, FORGIVE ME I DIDN'T KNOW! you have enough headaches to deal with.
I'm guessing tombstone crusher also isn't in for similar technical reasons. of that, and crouch spin kick. I use crusher way more, but that's just me.
this is a silly thought, BUT. can you make the stature smash actually trip people? something like "when hit, trip"? if not, DO'NT worry about it. the reason i ask is that the way it's set up right now, if you do that, then immediately press again for a demon god fist, they both flow into each other perfectly! in practice, the enemy flies away before the fist makes contact, it's kinda distressing. if you can't do trip code, dragon king' up-tilt is coded quite literally to ALWAYS send a foe up a set height, doesn't matter if the enemy damage is 2 or 200. look into it.
tsunami kick(downfor) is how it is in ultimate, which IS the right thing to do...... I wanna _whinee_ though. PMEX switched it so that the downward portion of the kick sent people to the floor, like falcon's uptilt in ultimate. i'was neat.
and now, the specials. up B is interesting, a sort of, plummeting boulder punch. strange, but neat! kinda miss the ability to do other attacks afterward, but that was a boon granted by evil wings, so this works as a good progression story.
stonehead, I think it should last a bit longer, like, falcon punch duration, 'cuz as it is, I'm used to the slow timing of ult's animation, and am expecting it to BE that long, it keeps throwing me off.
and, spinning dragon uppercut. so you know that thing you did with ryu, where a smash input shoots a red fireball? a smash input for kazuya makes him spin twice. think about it.
finally, the subject of super armor. y'know how sakurai kept adding nonsense to kaz saying he needs it? sadly he DOES need the super armor. I just, CANNOT beat pikachu. now, *this* I know you can easily do, as I saw the super of DGF. for a comprehensive guide of wher to put what super, go to ultimate's training mode, and find the button that turns on the armor diagrams.
all in all, I ABSOLUTELY love the idea you took with him, very faithful to tekken 1, he's beautiful. you have quite a knack for this character making! though, the presentation of your mods still feel a bit...hack-y, for lack of a better term. like, some people here ARE mentioning the single player crashes (lack of doll animations and end-cards) and you still havent changed "mario" and "luigi"'s names yet. again, not to beat a [GAME-OVERED] horse, you _REALLY_ should check out the spiderman mod by UltIMa647, if not to play it, then just to investigate how he put the code together. that being said though, any and ALL presentation woes, are easily forgiven, by inclusion of STICK JUMP CHOICE HALLERLOOYAAA HAPPY DAYS JOY TO THE WORLD

okay, just looked it up, you have to speedrun galaga to get him. holy toledo, that's crazy. there's a guy on youtube, Mrcopyrightviolator, his video is basically a guide on where to position the ship for optimal time. still though, that's crazy! someone in the comments had to put tape (with numbers, I'd guess?) ON his TV to get it right!

did some more testing, have some technical notes.
first things first, I've beaten pikachu. it took a while. I turned on the hitbox display, and realized you DID armor the regular attacks, and not the smash attacks, so this is just me rectifying and apologizing for not noticing sooner.
did some stick wiggling, and the crouched spin kick can be accessed both forwards, and backwards, so I have some false hope for another kick. in that same train, could the left splits kick be added in a "when runbrake, press A" line of code?
when I lost a stock at the end of a dragon uppercut, the VERY end of the animation, the game crashed. I tried doing it again, no crashing. may be HYPER specific.(ed) figured it out, hitting dragon uppercut while in the air crashes the game.
the up-B is, laughably terrible. every descent (except 1) has been intercepted, and the damage is low, WAY too low for how long it takes to punch. either raise the damage, or give it super armor.
that whining I did about tsunami kick? I found out that you've already made stonehead (down-B) do that downward strike, so nevermind! stonehead though, yeah, I'm still of the opinion that it should be a WEE bit slower, as if it's a ledge ganon punch, it should have that same, wind up fear feeling. OH! speaking of! if you do stonehead AT the edge, the very edge, the teeter animation interrupts the attack! what's extra weird is that dragon uppercut DOESN'T get interrupted. huh.
crouching on a slope, any size, any shape, causes his left leg to jitter like a Gmod collision monster. funny, but distracting.
twin pistons timing (up-a) is a little bit, weird, as sometimes when I press the button late, y'know, to do the juggle, the left punch doesn't happen. don't know if that can be improved, worth looking into.
I'm now a little bit conflicted about the scissor kick(down smash) placement, as it DOES have range, but it still would be neat to have it as down air. my BIG contention is with that down air itself, as it's JUST the middle air, slightly pointed down. if you decide not to change it, could you add a more pronounced difference between the 2 punches to make it obvious which you are being hit by? JUST remembered, for scissors, not a technical thought, an aesthetic thought. that green flash should pop up when he lands, a little oomph to sell the damage!
finally, the taunt. you know what the taunt should be. BOOM-BAM-BOOM-PAAH!
Can you include Spider Man, Ryu and Ken in the same patch? they are some recent mods also it would be very cool and sick!
This is the same guy who made the Ryu and Ken mod as well too if I recall correctly, very cool stuff!
