Brady: You are not alone in this. We are here keeping you company. We are in awe. Yep, awe at your accomplishments. There are not enough words to express our AWE.❤❤❤❤❤❤. . .❤🤍💙. . .❤❤❤❤❤❤
Here's a little tip: When you're installing cladding on a sloped ceiling, start from the top. The reason is that at the top, the area narrows, making it difficult to fit the last plank precisely against the wall or beam. At the bottom, where the space widens, it's easier to place the last piece.
When I first started watching your channel I thought you were insane. Such an undertaking seemed to be a lot of mind boggling work. You have proven you can do ANYTHING and do it well. Location, language, permits didn’t stop y’all. Bravo Voyagers, y’all are inspiring. It’s looking awesome!
While watching you work I was in awe of your skill and the word “efficiency “ came to mind. You are the most efficient planner, carpenter, worker, that I’ve ever witnessed in my 79 years. Along with determined and passionate! Everything is looking magnificent. Thank you for sharing. You inspire me for the much smaller tasks I have here to do.
Little suggestions: install the plastic covers on the “cassette di derivazione” to avoid cement plaster to get in there; apply some tape on the tip of the corrugated pipe before sliding them through the wall… if pieces of bricks or cement get into the pipe you will experience problems when you install the electrical cables….
I bet you can’t believe it’s drywall time! And electrical finally going in! Long time comin’! I can actually visualize you all living in there now! It was hard to imagine with the mud, slop, cement, demo, lowering floors, ripping out stones, rebuilding stones-WHEW! Great job! I wish you many years of happy times in that house!
Every thing is possible if you have the will. 25 years ago we had to Vinyl side the sides of the apexes of our house. Some of the peaks were 40 feet high. The best quote was $22,000. So without any experience, and with a few RUclips lesson, I decided to do it my self. I built large scaffolds from 2 x 4s screwed to the walls and soffits. the largest being 20 ft across. There were 10 apexes. I made great progress for 1 year and finished the last one 4 years later. (I had to work as well). it cost me $900 total. I only tell you this to let you know how much I appreciate your will power and determination, learning as you go, in this huge project you have undertaken. Bon Voyage.
We look forward to your vlogs. Such hard workers. If it would not encroach on your family’s privacy, we would love to see the village where you live. The view from your home is beautiful. Blessings to you all.
You are one insanely hard-working Uomo. I tuoi sforzi e i tuoi progressi sono sorprendenti. Adesso sono troppo vecchio per intraprendere un altro progetto come te, ma sono impressionato. We enjoy watching you and your families progress. Caio
It's both weird and fantastic how the space looks completely different from 6 months ago. You guys really are a driving force, great watching this process. 👏
Brady, you've done a great job in a house with some seriously unique challenges. Your patience and determination is admirable. Thank the heavens that you talked your daughter out of a pink ceiling. The "aliens can't read your brain" comment goes well with me telling my three year old niece that if she unscrewed her bellybutton, her butt would fall off. She covered her bellybutton every time she saw me for nearly a year!!!
I am so excited for you all! The ceilings are so bright and beautiful; having the white ceiling will wonderfully reflect the light, give a sense of openness and breathe and integrate nature, the sky and views surrounding your stone house. Bravissimo!
Heather, you must be sooo proud of Brady - wow, he works so hard, and you guys have been through so many obstacles with this barn and difficult terrain. Not long to get to the finish line 😊
5,216 views in 31 minutes!!! No corresponding amount of thumbs up though... Most viewers seem to have no clue how important this tiny gesture is for those family channels...
Congratulations 🎊🪅🎉🌠🏆 for finishing the ceilings of three rooms , the white pops, it really has provided are really bright and very beautiful house The scenery is absolutely magnificent, Belissimo , Bella Bella. You are simply Amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you're acting like the timelapses are a bad thing, but I love the timelapses! I'd love to see much more of them, because with them you can quickly see how big the changes are
This video is a wonderful surprise for all of us who are so excited about you, your family & this Stone House project!!! After a day of gardening in Vermont, which is totally spectacular, this visit to Italy is pure pleasure too! Thanks for putting the extra effort into this video for all of us who are loving you guys!
Loved your video and am amazed as to how far you have got. Such a lot of hard work and perseverance! I know what it takes, it took me four years to build my house!!! I am sure the girls will love their bedroom later with white ceiling and the pink accessories!! Sending good wishes to you all from Sri Lanka.
Also wanted to say -- while I know you must be ecstatic to be so close to completing this utterly gorgeous and amazing home, I am feeling sad about not seeing anymore of your inspiring and yes enchanting videos!! I hope you will consider doing periodic updates so that we can continue to vicariously experience the grueling but magical journey you've been on. I really want to thank you all for sharing your lives with us. It has been a joy to watch.
When you move into a modern home you take all of these utilities for granted, you are documenting how much hard work it is! So much progress has been made through all your labour. Awesome guys.
You're moving at a fantastic rate, Brady! whenever you work with a trade, you work as quickly as they do. You put a lot of pressure on yourself. The rooms are already looking brighter. Not a barn any longer.
I’m so happy to see that the place is really coming along and it’s starting to really look like a house. You guys have worked so so hard and I would say to myself. When is when are they gonna see some daylight here you know and finally the day is the lights coming in and everything looks really good so I wish you all the best. I love you your family. Everybody is so nice and you deserve that you worked so hard for it , enjoy
We have a separate tap for our filtered water, which I think is better because you do not need your dishwater to be filtered, and the filter then needs replacing more often. I'm so impressed with forward-thinking Italy requiring every new build to include solar power. How smart and it should be everywhere!!! I have often thought it should be a requirement whenever a house gets a new roof in this day and age. How much less strain would there be if every house and apartment complex had solar relieving pressure on our power needs. All that free energy being list every day.
When i saw the notification, i had to pause for 5 seconds and think, then i also checked the calender and, yes, it's thursday ... what a pleasant surprise !! Thank you Bradey and Heather for the extra upload. Cheers from Elba island (tuscany). Dan 🧡
Watching you cover all the beautiful stone and ceiling wood breaks my heart . I know it’s code and will keep the house so much more comfortable. But it breaks my heart none the less
You are doing an excellent job. I am so impressed. Can’t wait to see what the end results look like when you and family are able to move in. What. Gorgeous place to live. I love Italy being an artist. God Bless you and your family; be safe!
You guys are amazing. You’re making great progress on this house. I know it’s hard now and a lot of work but someday as you get older you’ll appreciate all that you did and that you actually built this house yourself. I built my house back in 2000. I’m older now and it’s finished and I sit here and enjoy all the things I did to the house. You’ll do the same someday. Wishing you all the best and much success and happiness.
Im so glad all the hard physical labor is over with!! Thank God for His Goodness!!! I can tell that you are so excited too !! You're awesome Brady!!! 😎👍✝️
Always look forward to your beautiful videos. The skill levels, craftsmanship is super awesome. What an amazing and beautiful home this is turning out to be.
What am I going to do after youve finished the house???? 😢😢 from 🇦🇺 ! I really do love the show! PS I really wouldn't bother putting beams in if I were you. It looks really good without it!

Are you sure you don't have any 4/5g masts in reach? Even here in Sweden you need to go pretty far off where no masts are in reach, and there seems to be villages near.
Dear Brady, I find it amazing what you have done, and continue doing on your own. And undoubtedly Heather, in the background, making the videos. All best wishes to you both and continuing good luck.

I saw you added a skylight (great to be able to open and all the things) but hearing you are also adding solar. Just had the thought that if you do find you need more light but don’t have a lot of roof space, keep solar tubes in mind. We have a tile roof and solar but still felt our house was dark in a few spots. They were a very easy to pop in and add a huge amount of light but only take a tiny space in the roof. Just thought I’d mention it b/c it’s not really on many people’s radar and are pretty easy to install.
When we built, we had electrician place light switches lower on the walls than standard American height. This was to allow artwork or mirrors or other things to be hung on limited wall space instead of having a light switch thwart placement of these other things
Hi I was a few days late watching your Sunday show (have a very poorly hubby in hospital) I was excited though at the thought of not having to wait long for this Sundays. When low and behold you squeeze another day in.. happy …I’mover the moon. Thank you. You are one amazing guy.
Almost finished with the ceiling!! Doing our best to push through and knock it out 💪 Thanks for being here!!
Love to you, Heather & the girlies. ❤ Take care of yourselves. 🇨🇦❤️😎🥰
So look forward to seeing your progress, everything coming along so well. Hugs to you all from Johannesburg

It's looking great! I love watching the progress each week. And thank you for the bonus video this week!
Brady: You are not alone in this. We are here keeping you company. We are in awe. Yep, awe at your accomplishments. There are not enough words to express our AWE.❤❤❤❤❤❤. . .❤🤍💙. . .❤❤❤❤❤❤
The amount of hard, hard work you've done on this house is insane! Respect!
The scenery and birdsong are beyond gorgeous!
This is the definition of "labor of love". Love the videos
Your work is so lovely. It is a pleasure to check the progress from time to time.
Here's a little tip: When you're installing cladding on a sloped ceiling, start from the top. The reason is that at the top, the area narrows, making it difficult to fit the last plank precisely against the wall or beam. At the bottom, where the space widens, it's easier to place the last piece.
Makes sense, thanks for the tip.
Great tip😊

So true. I remember the struggle to remove the stone floors and also the nasty dung pit! You've come a long way!
I love what you are doing with that house. You are a such a hard worker... I admire people who are go getters!!!
Thanks so much!
You have worked so so much to get to this point. I am really happy for you ❤❤❤❤
Great job... watching from you started, so happy for your progress and waiting to see you complete this home..you deserve it.

From my experience, its not a good idea if you intend to put internet cable side by side with power cable as it will interrupt internet signal
You've become quite the contractor. It's looking more and more like a home.
Nice treat to see you in the middle of the week. 😊
Congratulations 🎊🪅🎉🌠🏆
for finishing the ceilings of three rooms , the white pops, it really has provided are really bright and very beautiful house

You are really making progress. This is going to be so beautiful when finished. I love each video. 😊
I'm impressed by how much is being done.
What a way to say love providing so well for your family
When you move into a modern home you take all of these utilities for granted, you are documenting how much hard work it is! So much progress has been made through all your labour. Awesome guys.
Our kids call the clothes and articles left on the floor a 'Floortrobe", lol. Asimilar to a Wardrobe.
You're moving at a fantastic rate, Brady! whenever you work with a trade, you work as quickly as they do. You put a lot of pressure on yourself. The rooms are already looking brighter. Not a barn any longer.

Good to see u on a Thursday Brady! That ceiling really brightens up that dark room! Things are coming together a lot faster now!

Woah! The girls are growing so fast!!!
The house is looking amazing guys🎉

Hi I was a few days late watching your Sunday show (have a very poorly hubby in hospital) I was excited though at the thought of not having to wait long for this Sundays. When low and behold you squeeze another day in.. happy …I’mover the moon. Thank you. You are one amazing guy.
I marvel at your resilience!
Such a awesome family!!! 😎❤️
Admire your dedication to keep on trucking thru the seemingly never ending list of major jobs.😮
Just today I can see the new house instead of a construction zone!! It’s going to be terrific, I think!
PS, my family and I been encouraged to get off our lazy butts and our yard is looking amazing..
