- The most delicious tomato appetizer ever! 🍅 Magic salad - easy and fast!
Delicious pickled tomatoes. I strongly recommend cooking in season, when the tomatoes are tasty and juicy.
Ingredients:
800-900 grams of tomatoes.
olive oil 50ml
Vinegar 9% - 25 ml, water - 30 ml.
1 teaspoon of salt.
3 teaspoons of sugar.
1 pepper.
1/2 chili pepper.
6 cloves of garlic
A bunch of dill with parsley.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Looks delicious ❤️ I’m wondering about the fresh garlic though, maybe for my pallet I’ll add garlic powder to the vinaigrette to keep the taste, thus avoiding to chew a raw piece.🤭 can’t wait to try it out.👍🇲🇽

Très belle recette. Mais pour moi qui déteste le vinaigre, je le remplacerai par un bon jus de citron, lime de préférence. Comme ça il n'y aura que des composants naturels. En tout cas une excellente idée !

I made this for a block party yesterday and it was a huge hit. I used a variety of fresh picked tomatoes but, I didn’t have a bell pepper so I substituted 3 beautiful Hungarian peppers instead. The bit of heat the peppers brought to this sweet salad was spectacular. It was the first empty dish on the table. This is going to become my new go to salad for parties.

@@charliekane135 , it’s a sit down Meal in the the middle of the block outside. Everyone brings a dish and we eat family style. Every Saturday my neighborhood does this.

@@charliekane135, that so sad. Maybe you can get them started. I got it started and last summer when I moved to a new town and now we have anywhere from 25- 125 people through the entire weekend. People in my complex are so much happier and more social than ever. It’s been pretty much life changing for all of us. Most of the food we cook up comes from local food pantries throughout the week. Good luck. ☮️

Very good use of simple ingredients to make an excellent summer salad. Tomato sandwiches are also delicious, and that mixture could be used with a layer of mayonnaise on the bread to make a tomato sandwich. I love tomatoes of any kind, especially large plum tomatoes with red onion as salad, to have with spicy bean-burgers and oven chips, with a good squeeze of fruity brown sauce on the side of the plate, with it. (Hungry now!!).

This would be sensational served with a fluffy omelette for Sunday brunch in summer, perhaps with a sausage on the side. YUM! Thanks for this fantastic idea for a 'non-typical' side salad. I've marked this as one to make soon...not that we've had much of a summer here in England this year.

Si se van a comer crudos en una ensalada o lo que sea, deberían ser gloriosas bombas de azúcar, no basura con sabor a paja. Compre los mejores tomates que pueda pagar, o no los compre. ¡Apuesto a que los tomates peruanos son sensacionales!🍅🍅🤑💰😋

Да, занудно на редкость. Хорошо, что ещё не включили в ролик мойку овощей и посуды после готовки. И ведь банальщина ( салат из помидоров с перцем, какой с детства модем сами приготовить) , а времени сколько потрачено на просмотр. Кажется, второй ролик попадается на этом канале - на банальное блюдо, о котором можно рассказать за полминуты и рецепт которого общеизвестен, вот такая тягомотина накладывается . Будем бдительны , чтобы больше не тратить времени впустую. 😾

Неумехи вечно пачкают гору посуды
еще немного посмотрела из любопытства кто готовит теперь понятно что для сьемки домработница приготовила все специи в нужном количестве расфасовала по мисочкам а после сьемки все перемоет и уберет
а воду из рецепта надо исключить достаточно сока выделившегося из томатов
и 2 часа ждать необязательно ешьте пока свежий и не расквасился
