This is simply magical - as is all of Damien Rice's performances. I truly believe he is one of the songwriting geniuses of our generation. He brings music to a completely new level and depth. It is musical poetry. With each song, he opens out his heart to the audience & present to us an episode of his life - about love, loss, pain, joy, happiness, bitterness. So much raw emotion can be overwhelming at times. Lisa has one of the most naturally beautiful voices ever, full of depth & subtlety.

I was dozing off and playing all the stuff id recorded for glastonbury when this came up i was blown away and listned to it over and over again.great version (sounds like they had a glastonbury moment )wish they had done more like that.Mine though had some interference towards the end,damp house ruined many of my music videos.

I think im that madman :).I uploaded it on Dimeadozen a while back,i never thought it was a great copy id recorded on video then transfered it to my mac using an elgato usb and it was a bit grainy.Spent years looking for a pristine freeview copy but never found it.I think this is my version as ive never seen it anywhere.Its the best of damien rice ive ever heard also the first time i heard him.....
There's an acoustic version--just the two on stools--that blows away every other version out there. Was posted on YT but removed. Wish someone would repost...

There was a dvd of them doing Volcano at Bonnaroo I wish I could find it again. This is just beautiful too.
