So it's not available outside the square/city they specify? I live nth of Sydney and would like to use it. Please show us that step by step you did in Archicad for another video also. Does it make the file size huge? Thanks
You mean the 2D files with the roads? You can create this type of map for any place. You just don't check buildings and topography and choose centerline for the roads. Than you have the same thing as the 200+ city files dxfs.
Does this method get the topography heights? And can I import this to a specific scale?
Also how can I extract sections from this? Thanks
It gets them, but not very accurately. My town did not look like anything real. Elevations were very poor. All buildings flat topped. you get totally block buildings. Hey, its free.

hey, it does not work for me when i drag the skp file into archicad it does nothing but i do remember that it worked a few times for me but now when i drag the skp file it doesnt respond, do you maybe have any suggestions what i could do?
It only works if you're in a Floor plan. That's the only idea I have.
@@VIA-studio I just downloaded archicad 26 and now it works 👍 so maybe it was because I had an older version

How did you cut out the elemets outside the wanted area? I have this problem and nothing works.
You can select everything and than use "split" (the small axe-symbol). It's easier to draw a rectangle in the floorplan first and than use the four edges of the rectancle as "splitting-line".

Hallo! Ich habe ein neues Suchkriterium hinzugefügt: Morph-Körpertyp (ist unter Profile in den Kriterien). DA habe ich nach nicht solid oder solid gesucht. Die Gebäude sind nämlich alle solide Morphs, die Straßen nicht. Das ist das einzige Kriterium was die beiden unterscheidet.

@@ebeahimebrahimmohamed9014 yes and No. No, you cant do that with cadmapper settings, but yes! When you Download the model and put it into Blender you just need to make two clicks to so that. They are already on a separate layer, so you just need to choose the layer and the correct Filter/effect
