23:39 Another gem: Before I become unstoppable, I must master the fundamentals, catch and master average, catch, and master good. Then I can chase greatness. Routines create foundation
Just to clarify. Winning is not happiness, Flow (trauma free state) - is - happiness. "Winning" is your potential or the growth/healing path or the effort (to help you measure and become aware of your progress, to motivate your persistence) it will take for you to become trauma free (your body and mind is full of hidden pain points) to discover or reach - living in the flow. One must get there first to know what the Flow state is, only then can one know if she/he is in that zone or not. Flow is not a buzzword. Finally, your evolving capacity moves you towards the flow through active listening/awareness/acknowledgment/care/focus. By all means, use recovery, recharge, etc to allow the growth/healing process to take its time. Take some time , that's what time is for, and enjoy that amazing feeling about that half-a-stroke faster if you use swimming as your way to achieve. There is no healthy growth without the positive inner talk/gentle euphoria. Flow is not a concept, flow is your complete knowledge base/experience.
