When I was playing in college we got the chance to practice at grovers facility in Chicago. He was a class act and so on point. It was cool to see a glimpse of how he operates as a trainer/strength coach. He’s the Goat of trainers 🐐✊🏽
Great interview 🎙🔥🏀 Tim Grover's "Relentless" book is outstanding. Can't wait to read this book. Imagine if you had to do a Tim Grover regime to be a pro athlete. Pro sports quality would increase dramatically 💪🏾🎯🏀
6:27 If TIm wrote a book on his diet regimen for athletes he could charge $50 a pop for it. He teased us in book 1 saying he would tell us in next book. grrrrr. I know it's unconventional diet program but still like to have it.
The injury segment was ehhh. In order to even have a chance at the NBA, you have to literally start as like a 3-5 year old. On top of that, there are bigger stronger faster athletes so the game is faster than ever. I feel like by the time they make the nba, their body is burned out
Micheal Jordan played five seasons without Scottie Pippen 84-85 38-44..First round exit 85-86. 30-52..First round exit 86-87. 40-42...First round exit 01-02. 37-45..out of playoffs 02-03. 37-45..out of playoffs In the year before Micheal Jordan and LeBron James joined their team and the year after they left their team, their records were 83-84 bulls 27-55 84-85 bulls. 38-44 92-93 bulls 57-25 93-94 bulls 55-27 98-99 bulls 13-37 without Scottie Pippen 00-01 wizards 19-63 01-02 wizards. 37-45 02-03 wizards 37-45 03-04 wizards 25-57 02-03 cavaliers 17-65 03-04 cavaliers 35-47 09-10 cavaliers 61-21 10-11 cavaliers 19-63 09-10 heat. 47-35 10-11 heat 58-24 14-15 heat 37-45 2013-14 cavaliers 33-49 2014-15 cavaliers 53-29 2017- 18 cavaliers 50-32 2018-19 cavaliers 19-63 2017-18 lakers. 35-47 2018-19 lakers were 20-14 when LeBron James got injured on Christmas day. As you can see When LeBron James joins a team, the team improves more than Michael Jordan and when LeBron James leaves a team, the team always goes into the tank. Micheal Jordan, excluding the 94-97 seasons, when the NBA moved the three point line to 22 feet, was a career 28% three point shooter. LeBron James is a career 34% three point shooter Micheal Jordan was a great defensive player, in an Era where you could handcheck. Playing defense is much easier when you can handcheck. For nearly 6'9 250 LeBron James' entire career he wasn't afforded the opportunity to handcheck. THE EVIDENCE IS CLEAR..LEBRON JAMES IS THE GOAT!!!!!
Oh ok man...we'll just leave out facts like MJ was playing Birds championship Celtics and Bad Boy Pistons who went to 5 straight finals, while Lebron was playing the Washington Wizards 🤦♂️ LBJ missed the playoffs his first 2 seasons, and missed again in 2018 when he didnt have a superteam. Im a fan of both, seen both..Jordan was a far superior player
By your numbers, the Buffalo Bills are the greatest team in NFL history .. four straight Superbowl appearances with 0 wins .. doesn't matter, no other team has done that
This guy is a scrub! He hasn't cashed in on Michael Jordan enough already? PLEASE....Take this tools book and move it to the clearance table immediately......I wouldn't buy this fool a cup of coffee!!

Also D Wade’s trainer? This man trained the top 3 shooting guards of all time. Insane.
Well MJ helped established their own greatness which basically what happens when you attract greatness to you.
Colin just knows the right questions to ask, great interview.
Tim Grover is the MJ of basketball trainers
Colin "I like to flirt" Cowherd....and later in the interview..."You've aged well"

As a trainer myself, I always looked up to Grover. I know this videos won’t get as many views tho 😪
@@Wtwuas if it was actually MJ yeah, but his trainer I’m not so sure

You have Tim Grover on and you ask him about Veganism ? Come on man.
Colin lowkey dissing his wife lmao
BTW a lot of athletes are vegetarian, not vegan
Wow Colin actually told his real age for a chance. Idk why men lie about their age

You have to train very early now because of how good the competition is getting
Hakeem started playing ball at around 17. Duncan started playing at around 14 years old.
1:59 When did MJ play football?
He needs to train Zion
👏👏👏
Please start training Joel embiid !!!!!!!! 🤦♂️

NBA sucks now...rules..opting out! Weak sauce!

You sound stupid. He trained MJ, Kobe, D Wade, and Westbrook. Stop doing drugs
Hey may be profiting off of MJ. But let's be honest, you have to be a huge man already to get hired by Michael Jordan to be his personal trainer.
