girllll my frog is almost flat when i stay in it long enough, but i tried rocking far forward and far backward in a deep frog the other night after hearing you recommend it - and ooooh my god it worked so well!!! i felt SO bendy and warm, flatter to the floor than ever before. definitely adding that to my practice to get to middle splits

Hi, that side split with one leg torso twist looks really difficult. I've 🩷never even seen that. Also, I like that rocking motion I will try that because my panckake split does not want to go down at all.
When you talk while you are doing the stretches I can hear your breathing. I think that is helpful. 6:13 If you need me to press on your hips, I VOLUNTEER!!
I gave up after trying your vids but not improving my flexibility and if I skip a few days it's like I have never stretched so I have to starts all over and it's disheartening
The only thing is is that when I try to extend my knees on the blocks, it KILLS my knees. Is there anything I can do about that? Also I have one inner thigh (my left) that just does not let me go far into straddle poses or stretches. My right one is fine and gives me no issues, and I’m pretty nicely flexible, but for some reason my left inner thigh is just pulling and it hurts to push myself. It started a couple months ago. Should I just work on stretching that one a little more? I’m afraid I’m just going to pull a tendon or something

Can i get the middle split, with poor left and right splits? Or should my left and right splits be perfect first then i can work on my middle?
