I'll admit graphically and gunplay as well as armor customization and music wise fallout 4 is better than the other games. HOWEVER, it does backtrack on many features i thought were really cool such as the multiple faction system, being able to have a humanoid and nonhumanoid companion at the same time, the voiced protag isnt the worst but it does make rp more difficult which is fine cause Fallout 4 is more of an action game than a rp game. My main gripe has to do with melee and unarmed weapons in fallout 4, they feel clunky and slugish compared to how fast and snappy they were in fallout 3 and especially new vegas, the dlc as well isnt as memorable except for one being far harbor and while nuka world is a interesting concept it isnt utilized fully and plays it rather safe compared to the pitt. The companion's in fallout 4 have their charms, hancock and nick being my favorites though i do wish they had a lil variety when it comes to combat, like how boon and ED-E helped with sniper or gun play, Veronica was good for melee and unarmed, Cass was a jack of all trade and Rex being the goodest boy just like all of the dogmeats. Story overall is the weakest part of Fallout 4 and thats comparing it to every fallout thats been around. Overall I'd consider it a fun lil distraction, not the best but definitely not the worst especially when compared to Starfield which was a massive disappointment. If you're on xbox go try it out on gamepass or if you're a Playstation fella or PC wait for it to go on sell, might just give ya a few or hundreds hours of fun just dont take the story seriously at all.
Fallout 4 did 1 thing perfect with all the letters. The style in Fallout 4 was and is the best aesthetic in the franchise, in monsters and in the mayority of armors
Not at all some armors are way better than the fallout 4 ones like the chinese stealth suit, the ncr ranger amor, the combat armor, etc… and the designs of the weapons is the worst weapon design in the entire series is just awful
@@JP-hg1ey i knoc the combat rifel and the institute guns looks bad but all the other guns looks ok, someones even better like the sheskibab or the .44 revolver
Tbh I think fallout 4 was the most memorable. It introduced different and more realistic designs for monsters and some power armour. What was the best thing it gave us, though, was the rocket bottle shaped nuka colas and new flavours. Each fallout was fantastic. Fallout 3 kicked it all off. Fallout new Vegas was perfect. Fallout 4 gave us so many new things that the others hadn't. The best music and theme, the best font etc.
I’ll list my opinion: - NV, they look like actually mutants. - 3/NV, i prefer ghoulish ghouls instead of mutant rejects. - idk why, but the Radscorpion evolved in the opposite direction lol. 3/NV takes the cake. - 4, really good mirelurk imo. - Null, I don’t like either mirelurk king. - 4, Just make him as fast as 3/NV and he’ll be good. - 3, he just looks better. - 3, Yao guai in 4 looks like a shaved bear and nothing else. - 4, just looks better. - All the PAs are 4, but the frame gets a “NO” from me because it’s plastic instead of metal. - NV/4, they look like the better models. - 4, Bloatfly barely changed lol. - NV, It’s 3 but better graphics, don’t really like 4’s brahmin. - Null, do i like a mole as a rat or a rat as a mole? 4’s animations from the pop out of the ground thing is cool. - 4, though i do miss the colors on him. - 4, look good and the same. - NV, something about Gutsy being more reinforced looks good. - 4, he’s not made for Combat anyways, so it’s a positive evolution.
Let's be honest here, all power armors and creatures look way better in Fallout 4 with the updated graphics and textures, it makes them all look more alive.
The only thing fo4 got right was the parmor literally all the creatures were downgraded in design they were way more unique in fnv/3 and more intimidating
Maybe a blend of the older look and style, with the newer animations and textures would be good. I think the older style is more gritty and real.
@@ROLITO-G-243 yeah but in general those are the worst designs in the series
@@ROLITO-G-243 like the assault rifle, the combat shotgun, the pipe weapons in general, etc…
The best music and theme, the best font etc.
i am fan fallout 4 and in future fallout 5 guys
I’ll list my opinion:
- NV, they look like actually mutants.
Pretty based opinions
1:23 fo4 is creation club DLC
Let's be honest here, all power armors and creatures look way better in Fallout 4 with the updated graphics and textures, it makes them all look more alive.
Not all of them
I wish FO4’s Yao Guai were more similar to their predecessors’ and not *purple*
The only thing fo4 got right was the parmor literally all the creatures were downgraded in design they were way more unique in fnv/3 and more intimidating
No 1 talking about how the new sentry bot got a dad bod?
Maybe a blend of the older look and style, with the newer animations and textures would be good. I think the older style is more gritty and real. The newer is more akin to a charcature, odd dimensions, clipping, and oversized. Not to mention actualy getting power armor in the older ones felt like an acheivement. New stuff feels weak but looks ok
There were Yao Guai in New Vegas too tho.
Should of added a lakelurk and fallout 3 alien on the comparison
Does anyone else find the movements of the first two Sentry Bots a little disturbing?
I like Gouls better in 4, I’ll be scared the shit out by those previous 2
They look like generic zombies
@@ricardoberna8200 there is a difference between
@@RoanShipnope. Generic zombies.
They even abandoned the rotten appearance they had in previous titles. Ghouls in 4 are pale, generic zombie looking monsters. Like the I Am Legend ones.
Couldn’t be more generic if they tried.
@@EvgeneXI then how can it be not generic
Call me old fashioned, but streamlining the Deathclaws was not the way to go. They gotta have that Dorito body to really emphasize how screwed you are. (Not that Deathclaws are nearly as much a cause for concern as they were in older games, but that's another discussion entirely.)
The mirelurk kings exist in nv there just called lakelurks instead and live arouns the clean lake
New vegas has mirelurks though
Why does the power armor in the old games look so tiny? It looks weird, but I guess I’m used to the fallout 4 versions.
New Vegas had mirelurk kings too
