Always amazes me the lengths people go to smuggle drugs in/out. Imagine if that ingenuity/creativity was applied to something that could benefit the masses instead of hurting.

Very very interesting and illuminating program. I took two main threads away from the show. Firstly I always wondered why America was interested in Syria, usually they get involved with the politics of a country that has a commodity the global elitist criminal families can exploit for massive profits, Vietnam/Thailand/Laos for the Golden Triangle drug trade, Afghanistan for the poppy/heroin trade...etc etc. So when I heard that Saudi Arabia was the biggest market for these tablets, and the long and nefarious connection the Bush crime family has with the House of Saud, suddenly the skies became clear! It's Mena Arkansas all over again! Wonder how many Captagons wild Billy Clinton can put away in a session. The other disturbing topic that hit me was the footage of surveillance cameras/drones/aircraft/satelittes being used by the Jordanian armed forces. My one quibble is that I doubt that the Syrian regime is the only player or beneficiary of the captagon trade. I am sure that elements of the security services of neighboring states and in the Idlib Emirate also take part in the trade. War economies produce strange allies (enemies during the day, business partners at night.) Still, you need sources who will cooperate- and I doubt the Syrian Army has many willing sources.

Sadly i can say that the captegon is an easy problem comparing with the more dangerous drug ever ( crystal mith) or ( shabo) …. Now too many people in these area are addicted and suffering on this drug because of the war and bad conditions they live and it came from I R A N and neighboring countries to completely destroy the remain places inside these countries 😢
