I just broke a 40hour dry fast and doing a refeed today. I wondering does your mouth hurt on the refeeds? 2. I been dipping my fingers in a mix of sea salt and baking soda and placing it on under my tongue during my dry fast when i feel i need it . 3. quite a shoker, I just realized that the dry fast is easier than the water fast.

@@Ella-kn9qd Sad to hear it. I suppose you are supplementing with vitamin D to compensate? There are also other supplements that can help lift your mood. My favourite is a combo of magnesium, vitamin B and l-tyrosine. They strenthen your nervous system, your metabolism and boost the neurotransmitters that are responsible for memory, cognition, activity and pleasure. That may sound too good to be true but it is a scientific fact and it works.

I also gave up on avoiding the sun after several years, even though it was your video that convinced me how aging it is. I had brown ‘age spots’ on my face and was told it’s hormonal … I went to get my hormones checked and found out i have high cortisol.. and estrogen dominant (which is the WORST) I’ve been working on getting my cortisol down , no more heavy exercise (walking is best or light rebounding) .. i figured out that the spots are coming from the high cortisol.. as i reduce my cortisol, the brown spots are subsiding.. I had tried EVERYTHING, nothing had worked

Now I'm 40 and haven't had acne in years, yet the spots persist. I always tend toward high cortisol and estrogen. I have resolved the estrogen imbalance, but the cortisol is only 'improved' with all my interventions. What worked the best for you to lower cortisol? Reverse osmosis is garbage!!! We were using it for years and changing the filters every few months or so. You can tell when they get dirty and need to be changed… It’s a lot of work and costs a lot of money. On top of that, it doesn’t do good job at all. One winter we were using that filtered water for our humidifiers, and after couple weeks our entire house was covered in white dust. It took us months to clean it all up. Imagine breathing that in. After that we switched to distiller, so much better.

I really don't understand vegans that much like if you eat bananas at 1 meal you probably have to eat 1kg not 1 banana, and if Jeasus ate fish why don't they, eggs too a strong vitamin, like staying only vegan means to equlize the food aport that means you have to eat a lot of fruits and vegies to be near the meat aport, like I eat fruits mostly raw but some days I would just fell a lack of total energy, because fruits and water will just bloat you, it's same with eating soup in summer when outside are 35 degree it will just soften you, but when you eat 1 nice fried plate & drink a glass of wine you fell you have 10 times the energy, you seen that dinosaurs that eat leaves walks very slow and tyerd, than comes the t-rex full of energy

Yah, I’m not too keen and have never been a fan of that look. Just my humble opinion but that look, I think, is reserved for the young kids who think it looks good. Once you get older ….yah…no. I don’t want to see you showing off your gitch. THANX. BUT NO.

Dood thinks raw meat is great, while at the same time he filters all the minerals from his water. Then he proceeds to wonder why his teeth are bad. He's gonna end up with parasites - it's only a matter of time.

Vegetable police if you have sex more then 3x a week or masturbate more than 3x a week you will get skin issues. No diet in the world fixed my skin issues until I stopped having sex so often. Once I started semen retention after 1 week my skin literally glows with no blemishes, energy is infinite, and very motivated and focused all the time on the RIGHT things. Good luck man you should give it a shot. I always thought it was diet until I tried semen retention. I know it makes no sense thats why I didn’t try it until 2 years into my diet journey and bam my whole life changed.

I still eat raw carnivore though because I don’t believe carbs and sodium is beneficial to humans. Quite opposite actually. When you retain water your adding more weight to your joints which causes inflammation and joint pain. Your also bloated, puffy, and just gross looking.

Novel idea. Eat the foods as they naturally occur? No adding fat or other funny stuff in your water. Just the meat as it should be. Your issues could well be as a result of you messing with natural balance.
