Well depends on what side of the fence you are on. Japan beating SA was probably one of themes positive thing for WORLD rugby to come out of the RWC. If your being honest with yourself, there hasn't been much positivity for SA rugby in the last few years (due to Politics) but i believe they are well on the rise again.
