I am going to make a video on this... but the Abyss Heralds / Lector AI are ODDLY attracted to tanunts from Mona, Ganyu, and even AMBER. Like no enemy in the game has been so distracted as them IMO. Because some of their attack animations are really long, even a simple Amber taunt can give you a LOT of free hits on them when they don't do any damage. Freezing is also cracked!

With every new Spiral Abyss, I realize how big of a mistake skipping the Ganyu banner was.

Its definetly hard without her but bennett and xiangling do amazing breaking there shield .
I guess? You don't really need her though, she only offers no brain strat.
Some parts of the community has already proven abyss that it is still f2p friendly. Chongyun becomes more relevant, Bennett becomes a hard carry, Anemo traveler can swirl cryo for hydro mimics, Sucrose is a godsend EM booster, and the Xiangling + Xingqiu + Beidou combo is nasty.
A f2p can still 36 star it only using 4 stars. You can look one up in youtube right now. Only difference for the new abyss is that the skill ceiling is higher, and not just for your everyday casual.
@@yuurai Floor 12-2 gave me a run for my money and that's where I found out surcose is a great main DPs if she can swirl stuff.

I manage to get 32 stars in last spiral abyss at 1 hour before end 😂. And now 11-3 and 12-3 are just ridiculous lmao. 12-2 sounds and looks hard but I have venti to deals with that bullshit.

Everybody asked for hard content to „test the build up characters and artefacts“
People play since 6 month, even f2p have some 5* etc. Player like Enviosity clear the abyss as f2p. So no need to say „just swipe“ or anything. Just build your characters correct, level talents and also this abyss (and yes it is really hard) is doable! It’s a challenge everybody asked for!

In the late game we have a few things to do, and many of them are easy
positioning my dude. , sometimes positioning is the difference between a max star clear and not.

With the new abys I think the 50 primos per 3 stars in a floor is not enough to compensate for all the stress it gives players.

But the point of abyss is, they want you to spend your money and roll for C6 zhongli and eula. Mihoyo never make abyss to reward players, they want make you to feel desperated

I just want to say that till Floor 11-3 2nd half, it's the easiest one for me. During the last rotation, I couldn't even beat 11-1.
Honestly. I couldn't 6 star the previous floor 11 but I'm able to almost breeze through this one
I got 8 stars in last floor 11 here I can't even get 6 stars
i got 6 stars on both floor 11's
As physical dmg dealer I blasted through it this time, but those two at the end of 11-3.. gosh so hard. I hope u will figure it out soon

tbh the shield mechanic from the abyss herald is not hard , is bullshit. it dosnt test your skills , it test how many electro/cryo characters you have ...
Really love what mihoyo did with Heralds and Lectors compared to the previous abyss enemies. With those shields, damage becomes irrelevant.
That's step one in making whales take longer while keeping f2p at a similar clear time as before. But there exists a Ganyu...for now. Can't wait for more of these new abyss monsters.

No, this is not Dark Souls. Timers are purely artificial difficulty. Even eating 2 slices of bread is impossibly difficult if you put a short enough timer on it. Try to do it in 30 seconds with no water if you don't believe me.
Dark Souls doesn't need timers to simulate difficulty because it's a well-balanced and mechanically good game.

Me who hasn’t bothered to pass floor 4: uh so, yea-
U shd do it for the free primos.
I only spend 40$ and I beat it with 9 star first team venti c0, xiao c0, diona c4, chongyun c2
sec team zhongli c0, ning c4, bennett c2, xiangling c4
Chamber 3 if you want to kill both maga abyss in the same time first use venti ult then cryo then xiao ult make sure the 2 mage go in the same direction when you plunge attack with xaio don't let them separate in the shield face make sure to use chongyun and diona to fast ult and dodge the attack that take your energy when you use chongyun e while diona e in cooldown use xiao for fast cryo attack you can kill the 2 mage in 1m 50 sec then you can easy clear the sec team in remaining time

Floor 11 is easier compared to last one but floor 12-2 2nd half is the new pain
for me its 12-3-1 , cause I have no cryo unit and those shields are annoying.

I was able to beat the lectors using diluc, Anemo MC, Kaeya and bennett. I just equipped the 4 piece thundering fury set on bennett for lower cd on his e skill and burst for faster shield breaking and diluc and anemo mc would help with grouping them up. Its really important to really keep the two lectors close to each other so you can easily hit both of them especially when they go in to shield mode. Any pyro and cryo characters will do even amber is amazing in breaking those shields. You can also bring noelle since her e burst can easily knock them back. The new spiral abyss is still F2P friendly since envi cleared it with the 7 assured characters.
Wish I had the Amos Bow for Ganyu. Those charged shots are cracked.

Hey man, i enjoy your videos, i learned a lot about team comps and playstyle. Today i got blessed: i did 10 summon on the banner and got zhong li and kequin
I am challenged but I am not complaining. I'd rather have tough domains than get bored.
Chongyun and Xiangling would do nicely in 12-3
Would also say that for that Water Floor a Cryo focused level 80/and kitted out with 4 piece Cryo artifact set Chongyun could be decent as well...granted Rosaria may be better only due to the fact Chongyun's attacks will break the ice off frozen enemies almost immediately as Claymores/Geo element immediately cause Shatter when they hit frozen enemies.
Probably the best team comp for that floor was Zhongli, Diluc, Rosaria/Chongyun (well Ganyu would be better but she'd be more useful against the Abyss Legats...granted you could also use Chongyun/Rosaria on them as well i guess but the damage would likely be far less than with Ganyu), and either Diona or Xingui for healing (or basically any healer tbh...Jean would work really well there as she'd be able to heal and spread the cryo debuff to freeze enemies even further away).

I finished all the Souls games on PC.
Would say that this is a lot harder than Dark Souls. In Dark Souls the game has high quality control and mechanic, it is intuitive and if you play good you win.
This abyss in genshin even if you play good you can't win cause the mechanic is too messy, the hitbox, the timing they are designed so people can't win game by just playing good, but by spending resources.
Which means people who don't have time or patience to farm those resources need to "PAY" for it.

Those two are BiS in multiple teams for this floor 11, especially against the lector and Herald bro.
Actually not sure about Razor, but xianling and beidou is one of the best for the herald/lector shields.

Being a Dark Soul player that had to try many times to beat bosses, yes, new abyss feels as frustrating...but still great once u beat it.

step 1) get multiple 5 star characters and weapons including Zhongli and Ganyu with their best in slot weapons....step 2) play the game every day for 4-8 hours for six months .... just that easy

This spiral abyss was quite easy compared to the previous one. The annoying part was getting rammed into a bubble left and right in 12-2
This abyss was soooo easy. It's just. I couldn't do it in 7 minutes because the shields on abysses herald and whatever wouldnt fucking go down at all

truthfully speaking zhongli can fit into any team comp you can imagine, while it can't be said for eula.
just get zhongli..there's plenty of chars that can do really high phys dps, not as high dmg but still more than enough. Keqing and fischl work great with the new set.. and its really easy to farm that domain, fischl was free..so..yah, do that instead. She's not even that good of a waifu if that's what ur after, flat chest, no curves, no fun.

But that last part what you just said about Eula is blasphemy lol, not true and she isn't even out yet, her kit looks awesome as well and her sword is gonna be the strongest in the game. She is definitely waifu imo.
The new abyss floors should've been floor 13 and 14 instead of what we got. It feels bad to have grinded all your characters, and finally being able to 36 star the abyss, only for it to change and drop me back down to 28 stars.

Only in the abyss. You can't attack or use skills before you start the stage.

Im going to say one thing i am not a hater of the person mtashed but DO NOT listen to him when he says Millelith is good on diona, she shoots the paws and regardless will only allow for one 3 sec proc after her E. Because of this your only getting 3 seconds of the sets bonus and then another 3 after another E. Good characters include zhongli utilizing both shield and attack per pulse, fisch obviously turret people like xaing as well. Albedo also is included.
