Hi actually pwede naman po gamitin si apf sa chiff cake, though it will have a different texture lang...pero pwede po. Si cake flour ay mas lighter kysa ka apf kaya it gives finer, lighter and fluffy texture on cakes. Pwede rin mag substitute po if no cake flour at home. Just follow this lang 👇 Converting from all purpose flour to cake flour: Take one cup of all purpose flour, spooned and leveled. Remove two tablespoons, and then add two tablespoons of cornstarch to the all purpose flour. Sift together before using.

Pwede namam po though it will give you a slight difference in the texture of the cake. Pwede din po mag substitute kung walang CF, yung 1cup na APF removed the 2 tbsp, then replace it with 2tbs of cornstarch, mix then yun na po ang CF niyo. I guess i mentioned that in the video.☺️
Pwede naman po super maalsa naman si chiffon pero hindi na ako sure if Aapaw or mag lelevel sa pan. Normally 8x2 po gamit ko pero maumbok na po yun. Try niyo lang po.☺️

Hi sorry not certain with rhe result, d ko pa kasi nasubukan gawin yan..d po kasi ako gumagamit ng Boiled icing sa cakes covered with ganache.
