- Baking time is 30min-1hr depending on the size and height of the pan you are using in a pre heated oven at 150C.
*very important to always do a toothpick test for doneness
Chiffon Recipe
6 egg yolk
1c cake flour
1/2c cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4c sugar
1/2 canola oil
1/4c milk
1tsp vanilla
meringue
6 egg whites
1/2c sugar
1tbsp cornstarch

Chef ung vanilla chiffon mo, natry ko na gawing chocolate. naglagay lang ako choco flavoring, no fail naman po kaso tingin ko mas ok na to, kasi coffee at cocoa na ilalagay instead na flavoring lang. salamat at andito na ung recipe po ng choco chiffon☺️ been waiting for this for quite a long time😅

Kuya same ingredients lang din po ba kung ung baking pan 12 inch rectangle (12x8x1.6) ang gagamitin and pede po ba nonstick pan pra sa chiffon?
Hi sir..ask lang po,nagtry ako ng chiffon cake..yung top po nya is brown na..then yung side at bottom hindi,and medyo basa basa yung bottom..i did the toothpick test and okey naman po,luto na sya..i wonder why basa basa po yung bottom ng chiffon ko?.. i baked it 40mins 9x3 round pan with parchment paper..up and down heat po and nasa middle rack.
Kung gagamitin ko yung tube pan..need ko pang lagyan ng parchment paper?
Chef gawa ka nman po ng lahat ng flavor ng chiffon pls...

Hello po kua boyet nakasubaybay po ako sa channel mo .. 2nd time nagcomment po ako may tatanong lang po ako if yung recipe ng chiffon mo pa ba is hindi sya tumitigas sa loob ng chiller kahit may icing na sya.? Yung natry ko kasing recipe sa BPP training is tumitigas sya kahit may icing na.
Ser what brand ng coffee pwede ba jan nescafe , at what brand ng cocoa po ?
