Hi there,i just watched the video and i thought " snow? bottles and cans, this video isn't American but Canadian". I didn't looked where you came from, but now I know, hahaha .
You should know that you got my 4-year-old son to start recycling cans, he's looking for them all the time hehe. But let's get him to be just as good at finding copper and brass too haha. Thanks for all the good programs, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Sweden :)
Ever since I got a hold of a truck my $$$ have gone way up. 1500 pounds of steel today 170 pounds of copper motor wire and a couple hundred kinds of aluminum… 700$ day
Hey Thub, about the flat screens............ you can easily zip the back off and remove the boards in no time at all. Just let the boards accumulate until you decide how to deal with them....................... If you don't think you'll ever delve into gold recovery, disregard this comment, it's just a suggestion, not a signal that I know everything. Great video man!
Here in Malaysia, those motherboards go for $30-40/kg.. But they need a minimum of 100kg before a sale is done I guess price is based on grade too, as only some have the good stuff in em'
All that wood in that one bin - I almost cried when you said it had heehaw in it... Treat as always watching you having profitable fun and hammer time!
I was going to say something about the plug off of the cord that he throw back in the garage. I always keep the plugs that is brass all you need to clean them is a small vice and a pair of pliers every little bit adds up. Some people say that it is not worth the money for the time but I say if you are doing nothing like watching t.v. than you could be cleaning something up to make some money.
I will give you 1 good tip. Save mower tires. Get a pic of them on mower. List "mower tires" on marketplace. They've really gone up in price. I've been shipping sets of four this past summer and fall 😀
Apples and SOUR PATCH KIDS 👀😳👍🏼🍏 🍎 I was Thinking of Saving Up Lumber for Resale. Feels like 23 Degrees Down Here in Baltimore Maryland Right now 5am. 🥶🥶🥶. Keep Hustling Sir.
So I’ve come to realize that not all “metal only bins “ are giving kick backs to companies or those who rent them. I usually ask just for peace of mind but a little research Into the name on the dumpster will help you. More often it’s just a giant recycle bin that companies have to pay to have hauled off
My first visit to your site, invited by Paul; the scrap and pallet man. Do you ever do scrap runs by yourself, or do you carry on with others? It's your agenda, so I was just wondering. You do what you do. All is well.
Oh, what a legend! Paul’s great, we like Paul. Welcome to the channel! This video was an interesting one to have as a first look, I’ve actually never had my friend Jordan in a video before. I’m almost always just treasure hunting by myself, but I do look forward to some company if anyone has the inclination to join 😃
I love all the little jokes you just drop here and there. Maybe you can burn those rocket appliances when you come to them. A pox upon whoever figured out how to chrome plate plastic, right?
I saved them up until I had a pile to do some comparisons on and it’s my opinion that anything larger than a volleyball is worth breaking down, anything smaller is best to send in whole
I’m really not sure, I’ve never tried. Usually the inside wire that looks like copper is just copper coated steel, you can stick a magnet to it. Solid copper inner coax is somewhat rare these days
I mean no offense but man the Canadian accent is so funny. Yours isn’t very heavy but your buddy there has it thick lol. I’m from Boston, so, I know what it’s like to have a funny accent😂😂😂
I’ve always wondered if people around the world hear an accent when I talk! We pretty much only register the Newfie accent and everybody else just sounds the same around here
Right?😂.. he also commented that he’s known this friend for 20 years but the guy didn’t know he had a RUclips channel🤣.. I thought he was just some random homeless guy ridin around with him
Dude you are badly in need of a high-quality cordless reciprocating saw with some metal cutting blades... not some cheap ones... your life will be so easier you're beating yourself up man...
@@thubprintGreat!! cut those bulky pieces down to make more room... Keep that thing with you and make sure to keep charged batteries.. You won't have to leave heavy picks behind. Cut them to manageable weights.
Thub it would be an honor to be your scrap buddy for a day but I live in west virginia and that would be a long drive. Who knows maybe I'll take a few days off work come up there and look you up. That would be awesome
Your work is so therapeutic to me .I enjoy watching every episode. Thank you.
At least your buddy made enough money to buy a pack of darts

Haha your friends comment at the end “ stay human “ absolutely great 😂😂
Chaotic scrapping energy
Just started scrapping, getting out of the house a lot more (health benefits) plus it’s extremely rewarding and and enjoyable.
Turn on that luv light!
I just started too... Still don't know how to differentiate all the metals, and I just use a magnet.
It’s good to have a scrapping buddy, “many hands make light work”.
God bless 🙏🏼🇺🇸🇨🇦
Hey Thub! I have a friend like yours, he never stops talking too! I have to write things on post-it notes if I want to ask a question 😆
Phil over at Canadian Treasure Hunter has a brother Joe who won't stop talking either.
You make dumpster diving like it’s the way of life keep that hustle flowing and god will continue to bless you

I subscribe to over 40 RUclips channels and this is the only one I turn notifications on for
Tell your friend to take a deep breath.
Hello thubprint doing great work there keep it up well done.
Your friend is very talkative 🤣
Always fun to see your friends.
Yay always a good feel when fav channel uploads
"It's not rocket appliances." Love the TPB reference!! 🤣 I just met Randy from the show back in October.
💜💜💜💜I LOVE YOU

First view and like! 👌🏻
Nice to see a buddy with you.
Good to see him taking the food that would have been wasted. A lot of that food looked to be in great condition.
That one dumpster didn't have any metal, but had a small fortune in lumber!! 😲
I know I was thinking the same thing when I saw it I would have taken the wood out.

I need to put on my mittens and winter coat to watch you scrap in this weather.
10:00 somtimes there’s a beefy transformer in those double copper
great crustalogy, teem work makes the dream work!
Weird one place throwing so much away. Lucky you man.
Pallet collar from Swedish SKF, nice!
Plastic shelves with pegs are easy to sell on Facebook. Even if it's just partial shelves, save for later when you find more.
MIN 1.44 - the wheels on the frame look like they go under a stack of crates to move them around. very helpful if the crates are heavy
Sometimes those toilet paper holders that you found in your first dumpster they sometimes are brass or stainless aluminum. You have to check them.
Well I guess that answers my question about you still recycling containers...
Kudos!

Go get all that free scrap

You can clip wheels on microwave plate turner
You must have moved that lawnmower 10 times before you got to the scrap yard - and everytime I thought 'that's gunna leak oil in the truck'! Did it?

Im guessing thats heat resistant fabric, maybe part of your new smelting adventure? I hope so

Say what you will about Thumb but that man knows how to pack a truck.
I’ve been practicing!
That heater thing you might want to loik inside might have mire copper
I think the stove gasket is for a woodstove stay warm my friend!
What state do you live in. I work in Michigan and BAGS OF CANS, easy.
Canada
Do you still take the time to cut open the compressors for copper? Or do you just send them the way they are?
I saved them up until I had a pile to do some comparisons on and it’s my opinion that anything larger than a volleyball is worth breaking down, anything smaller is best to send in whole
What’s the easy way to strip coax?

I've watched many of your videos. I don't know your name. I didn't mean to offend you about the lady being your wife. I really thought she was. Lol.
You forgot the cord on the microwave.
Stay human!
Does the friend stop the mouth from running, not trying to be mean, its like me
why are you cutting the plugs off the wire and putting them in the bin just put them in the scrap pile
Exactly. That was bugging me so much, I have a bin labeled for plugs and I’ll take time later to separate the coated ones
Your roommate? What?
@@Bsiebx7hsh he said his roommate may want the shelf. I thought he was married with 2 children
